距離錫拉庫薩中心很近，幾百米步行。房東挺好的，溝通後讓我們提早入住，休整好。一室一廳格局，廚房很大。早餐是提前預訂，想吃什麼勾選上，第二天送來房間。不過送來的比勾選的少好多東西，比如衹給了麥片不給牛奶，我們又下樓去要，又補上了。 舒適度各方面還行。所在位置沒啥景觀。

Definetly does not worth the money paid for. Good location. Friendly staff. Poor working hours. Small bathroom and almost impossible to use shower. Tasty breakfast served in the room. Not the cleanest and rhe room looked like a hospital room. Beds put together to look like a queen sized bed but during the night a gap was in between. Very expensive for what you get (comparing to other Italian islands).

Excellent long weekend spent in the beautiful Ortigia island. We had three rooms here and were thoroughly looked after. All the rooms were beautiful decorated and had everything we needed. Some traffic noise heard especially in the ground floor room but nothing excessive. Breakfasts were very good, great choices and plentiful

Cute and homey stay Cute boutique hotel with helpful staff. We loved the location which was close to our favorite beach at Ortigia. It is not easy to reach the hotel by car and park but staff was super helpful to help us navigate. Rooms are very spacious for european standards. Sea view terrace or run would be nice to have.

Positives The location is excellent The apartment was large - it had a large bedroom, nice little kitchen and a bathroom. Negatives There were a few things broken in our apartment. They were fixed during our stay but we were without a safe for half of our stay and the kettle and toilet seat both had to be replaced which meant people in our room during the day when we were not there. When the cleaner cleaned the room before we arrived they would have known the toilet seat was broken and that the safe was locked and they had no key. These are things that could and should have been fixed before the next guest arrived. When we complained the reception Manager didn't seem to care and said we will do our best to resolve the problem but she never actually apologised and she was quite rude to us at times. The bathroom also needed updating. The shower floor was grubby and the bathroom floor cracked. Breakfast had a very good selection but was not very high quality. We stayed in four places in Sicily and this was nowhere near as good as the other three.

Re Federico Boutique hotel is located in a narrow street (just room for a car) at the southern end of Ortigia Island which is connected to the mainland by two bridges. This puts it close to the old town and the beautiful central square but a bus or taxi ride to the Archaeological Park. The hotel is in a building which has been very nicely renovated to provide good sized rooms with comfortable beds. A great base for exploring Syracuse. Recommend taking a boat tour round the island and to the nearby caves.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable, et les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est correct avec un bon choix de produits. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

El hotel esta refaccionado con buen gusto (casi todo en Ortigia es antiguo) y esta en buena ubicación. Nuestra habitación era amplia y tenia lindo balcón a la calle. Zona tranquila. El desayuno no esta incluido en el valor sino que se puede pagarse aparte y se sirve en la habitación. Nosotros no optamos por ello de modo que no tengo opinión sobre eso. El ascensor no anduvo en los 5 días de nuestra estadía. Te ofrecen un valet parking de un estacionamiento que esta al ingresar a la isla, que en nuestra opinión es caro (conseguimos mas cerca a menor valor) e incomodo porque requiere que media hora antes de llegar y/o partir les avises para q te traigan el auto.
