場所が良く天井がとても高いので部屋が大きく見えます。ケトルはありません。朝食の作者（？）

太舊了，衞生不佳

日本人向けで、良いと思いました。

申し訳ありませんが、十分ではありませんでした！ ホテルには専用の駐車スペースがないため、路上に駐車する必要があり、無料駐車場を見つけるのは簡単ではありません。 プラス面は朝食と清潔さです。どちらも非常に良いです。 予約サイトには羽毛の毛布とフォームマドラスと書かれていますが、これは提供されません。紙のように薄いカバーが付いた普通のベッドです。 シャワーは悲惨です！ 最大出力と最大熱に設定し、水が温まるまで待ちました。 温まるまでおそらく 4～5 分（！！）待った後、待っている間に歯を磨くことにしました。 しかし、まだ温まりませんでした。 そのため、水が温まるまで 6～7 分待った後、かなり冷たいシャワーを浴びました。 終わった後、水が 15～20 分間流れていましたが、温かさはまあまあでしたが、十分ではありませんでした。 悲惨です！！ 内装は古く、すり減っていて見栄えがよくありませんでした。 トイレの便座は壊れていたので、2 人連れで行くのは楽しい経験ではありませんでした。 全体的に、ロケーションはとても良く、朝食も良く、サービスも良かったです。その他は調整が必要でした。

確かにグランド...ホテルは素晴らしい建物です...部屋は広々として清潔です。スタッフはあなたのニーズに気を配っています...

とても混沌としている。給湯器が作動しておらず、中程度の温かい水しか出ませんでした。浴槽が汚れている。ホテルの水道水は飲めるかどうかは分かりませんが、不思議な味がします。私は ********** のゴールド会員ですが、スタッフはそのことやホテルが私たちに提供する特典については何も知らないようです。基本的に食べ物を提供するスタッフがいないため、朝食も混乱しており、待たなければなりません。ホテルの唯一の良い点は、スタッフがとても親切であることです。

I very much enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel . The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was impeccable and the breakfast was excellent ! Housekeeping made sure all your needs were met. The location was perfect. I took the Interbus from Catania Airport and got off at there last stop which was a short and easy walk ( with 2 pieces of luggage ) . Ortigia was also a short walk over the bridge to explore. Many walkable things to do in opposite direction as well. Plenty of restaurants nearby ( must try the Indian restaurant across from hotel ) . Definitely recommend staying at this Hotel.

Good hotel within walking distance to Ortigia. Nice breakfasts. The public parking lot (15 Euros per day) is a few blocks away. Our room was nice and large with comfortable beds. Staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. We'd preferred to have had more lights in the room. Shower stall needed updating. There was a shortage of surface area and closet space in the room and the bathroom to unpack you stuff.

All around wonderful stay. It is a bit dated as others have mentioned but it was comfortable and very clean.

The Grande Albergo Alfeo gave personalized service and attention that is uncommon. The room was beautiful and clean. A 3 minute walk across the bridge to the old town of Syracuse. Highly recommended -- we've already scheduled and booked our return to Syracuse next week.

Breakfast room is lovely. Staff were very helpful with recommendations for food and sites.

Nice hotel. Parking is challenging.
