Awful restaurant . Bland food . Couldn’t even get pizza right . Soggy and wet .. AVOID. Complained and quizzed us as to why we didn’t like the food. The setting is lovely but that is all it has going for it . Don’t waste your money if have any taste buds

Hotel restaurant terrible. You wait ages for you order and despite the fact that you ordered Milanese veal cotlete you get chicken breast cotlete. You comply and you hear from the manager that it is a mistake in the menu. The manager was not surprise so I assume its a standard practice here. The only thing you get is a euro 9 discount from your bill. In fact before you order here, please read the first page of the menu where you can find the instructions and warnings for the client- never seen such a thing before. We should have left at this point but gave them a chance. In vain. The food was awful- grilled vegies served 30 min before the main dish, although we asked to be together. The first and worst Italian disappointment.

Perfect location within walking distance to all the restaurants and the lake and lido. Spotlessly clean. Towels soft and fluffy. Friendly reception team. Comfortable beds. Constant hot water. We had a double room with balcony. The balcony had table and 2 chairs on it. Great for enjoying a drink or early morning coffee. Would have liked kettle and cups in room but I always take a travel kettle. The fridge was a lovely addition to the room. Wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again.

The property is well located inside the old town, close to the ferry wharf , many good value restaurants and no shortage of gellaterias.The room was small but good for one night and the air con worked well. The mini fridge is ok. The only draw back was the noise of people coming going.. typical of most Italian small establishment.Would recommend this property.

We arrived early to a warm welcome and our room was ready. We explored the Peninsula as it's great location meant everything close by. The staff were lovely and helpful. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and food was really tasty and good value.

Cute little hotel in a great location, a few minutes walk from the beach. My room didn’t have a balcony but it had a lovely view of the castle. Small room, perfect for one person but might have felt too small for a couple. Be aware of early morning truck/rubbish noise and church bells - just wear earplugs ;) They have a deal with a a nearby restaurant for discounted breakfast, which was tasty.

the bed is terrible - the size of the room is very small. Everything else was good, staff is friendly - the area is great.

Perfect location, clean comfortable. Breakfast 200 m away from hotel. Perfect for short stay
