Very nice place to stay with family ..good location , nice staff. But recreational activities ike cycling , fun zone for are paid . These kind of activities in a 5 star resort should be complimentary for the kids.

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not many places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

The room was very clean, food were delicious, and view of the swimming pool was fantastic. I had a great time there.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Apart from the staff at the reception (during check-in and check-out) the rest of the staff is amazing and quite helpful. One big issue with the hotel is that there are stairs everywhere so if you are traveling with a toddler+stroller it can be a pain to carry the stroller up and down the stairs. Apart from that, the hotel restaurants and staff there are amazing. Both the food and the service. I'd definitely stay there again and hope the staff at the reception is more accommodating in the future (instead of being insanely SOP driven)

We stayed here for family vacation. All seemed good until we found fungus growing heavily in the bottom of drinking glass bottle while having lunch. We complained to the staff but they gave no attention to it. Then we asked them to call manager or some concerned person from F&B. But not only the entire staff, even the manager was too reluctant to come and meet us. Despite asking them several times nobody came to us and address the issue. I guess they only turn up when someone gets hospitalized after consuming their water and food. We have small kids and elderly person in the family, this matter made us really worried for their health. After paying a good hefty amount, this is the last thing to expect from such a 5-star property. Here no 5-star standards are maintained.

Very good hospitality and kid friendly property. The beach access is very close and safe. It has great swimming pool with slide and a nice open to air jacuzzi. The staff is very polite and helpful. They also catered to our baby food requirements. Only issue was with Stroller carry from room to eating lounge. But their lift construction is in progress so next time we visit that issue would also be handled. Special kudos to Amjad, Silvia, Siddhesh, Sanjay and all the restaurant and housekeeping staff. THEY ALL ARE DOING AMAZING JOB.

Very nice and Grat place to stay with family . Enjoyed the food and stay . Rooms are spacious . Staff are attendtive and quick for service . I will suggest all my friends to must visit the place and enjoy the swimming pool , The Jacuzzi , Cycling and all . Get relax and enjoy all .
