the room was incredibly small overall the premises were very dirty and the bathroom stinked. the breakfast was embarassing, almost nothing eatable

Neglected conference hotel. Room was a bit dirty, the hotel needs maintenance and when items on the breakfast menu runs out, there is no refill of food. The sauna needs to be manually turned on and dressing room is not separated in between gender. Some positives is the pool, the half-broken bubble bath, game area for kids (that also has some half broken stuff). Staff is friendly though, but seem to lack in experience when I overheard that other rooms was unclean as well. All in all for the hefty price, not really worth it.

Hotellet var som vi förväntat oss. Extra trevligt när hundarna hade fått lite godis och egna skålar till rummet. Personen i receptionen får 10av10 hon var verkligen hjälpsam på alla sätt och vis. Bra frukost.

The hotel is of decent standard. With what appeared to be a newly renovated bathroom. Breakfast was also ok. Enough parking even though the hotel was full. Only small negative is that it is a little bit further from the center of town.

Was OK. The room was basic and the curtain was thin and almost fully transparent, not great for sleep during the summer months in Sweden with 20 hours of sunlight! The gym was very basic and the pool/ spa was similar. Stayed at much nicer hotels in other areas of Sweden for a similar price.

Ho trascorso il Ponte del 25 Aprile in questa meravigliosa struttura. Le strutture Aurum sono tutte bellissime, ma la "Corte dei Butteri" è un qualcosa di meraviglioso. Un grande parco con lago artificiale ed una bellissima spiaggia situata di fronte all'isola del Giglio. Ma la cosa che più mi ha sconvolta è il personale tutto della reception. Mi inchino alla loro professionalità, simpatia e gentilezza: le donne di cui non conosco il nome, il simpatico e gentiluomo Daniele e per ultimo ma non ultimo Vittorio, il DIRETTORE. Uomo di grande spessore culturale ma soprattutto umano. Grazie Vittorio!

Hotellet är super mysigt och vi kommer absolut tillbaka. Personalen i receptionen är super gulliga och fick oss att känna oss väldigt speciella när vi kom dit. Personalen i restaurangen skulle verkligen ha fått en guld- stjärna som snabbt ordnade annan middag när jag tyvärr inte kunde äta buffén, mysiga trevliga och helt magisk personal! Städpersonalen skulle behöva gå en kurs i hur man städar/bäddar ett rum dagen efter, vi blev väldigt missnöjda när vi kom tillbaka på eftermiddagen. Inte OK att gå ut från rummet och påstå att det är städat. Men annars så kommer vi absolut att komma tillbaka!! Jenny och Jörgen
