ヴィラ カリーナ - アキラディス ビーチの近く

The room,the location,the staff (Nikos and Maria were so hospitable and helpful!!) everything was perfect! Nice renovated rooms,quiet even though it is on the central road and a super cosy bed. The beach of Agia Paraskevi & the parking is just around the corner within 2-3 minutes walk and there is a mini market across the street. We will definitely come back for a lot more times 🩷

Everything about Villa Karina was brilliant. Couldn’t fault it. Nicolas was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Maria was amazing. Beds comfortable , clean and changed regular. Location was perfect. Platters, coffee and drinks were very nice and at a good price. Would definitely return.

We booked this because it offered some basic cooking facilities so we could make breakfast. We arrived to find that the rooms have been refurbished and the cooking facilities taken out. Nicos was very apologetic, helpful and friendly. He gave us free breakfast at the little cafe there. This wasn't perfect for me as I have coeliac disease and need gluten free bread but he cleared out a toaster for me and toasted the bread that I had brought with me. The room was lovely and quite spacious although the bathroom is tiny and the shower is very cramped. Villa Karina is next to the busy road but you don't get too much noise from it. I would recommend it as long as you are happy with Room Only.

Another excellent stay at Villa Karina. Third visit and as good as ever. Rooms are spotlessly clean, owners and staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is lovely and freshly prepared each morning. Villa Karina is situated in a great location within walking distance to several beaches, tavernas, and supermarkets. Guest can use the pool at the hotel next door and several other tavernas locally if drinks/food is purchased. Ideal accommodation for anyone with any mobility difficulties due to the lack of steep hills/steps like many properties on the island have. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Die Gastgeber sind recht nett, allerdings waren zu unserer Zeit nur die Großeltern da, die sich die größte Mühe gegeben haben. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, allerdings das Bad sehr alt und hat eher Camping Charakter mit Klapptür… leider haben die Textilien (Bettüberzug, Handtücher, Kissen) auch recht alt gerochen, was wohl am Personalmangel lag… der Innenhof, in dem das Frühstück gereicht wurde, war sehr schön. Im Normalbetrieb sicher besser als zu unserer Zeit. Die Gastronomie in der Nähe ist leider sehr touristisch und einfach. Die Nähe zu schönen Stränden ist top.

Struttura elegante moderna, pratica, davvero ben condotta da Nico e dalla sua famiglia. Si trova sulla main road dell'isola, tra le fermate 15 e 16 del bus, a mio avviso strategico, fermate che caratterizzano anche la topografia delle spiagge principali. Immediatamente di fronte un fornito supermarket e a poca distanza alcune taverne. Villa Karina si presenta disposta su due piani, dispone i 14 camere, la nostra ( n. 7) era al piano terreno e si apriva su un vasto giardino. Disponeva di ampio angolo cottura con frigo. Buona e pulita la dotazione di stoviglie. Nel bagno, un po' piccolo ma dotato di doccia con cabina, anche kit di prodotti di benvenuto. Cassaforte, TV, Cambio biancheria molto frequente. Chiave di sicurezza per l'impianto elettrico, a cui corrispondeva anche una spia esterna per libero/occupato. Abbondante e ricca di sapori la colazione che veniva servita in uno spazio comune all'aperto, molto elegante e fresco. La struttura lascia libertà ma molta privacy agli ospiti. La cortesia di Nico è stata splendida, discretamente ci ha anche fatto avere a destinazione proprio recapitato presso la struttura uno scooter a prezzo abbordabili, inoltre qualsiasi nostra necessità ( secondo cuscino ad esempio) è stata prontamente risolta, quando siamo arrivati a tarda sera ci ha subito indirizzato a un taverna vicina ed economica, ed il giorno della partenza abbiamo potuto lasciare i nostri bagagli per andare un'ultima volta in spiaggia ( Ag. Paraskevi, a due passi dalla struttura) e rinfrescarci e cambiarci prima di recarci in aereoporto. Tornare a Skiatos vuol dire tornare a Villa Karina !
