Premier Inn Slough

Tired hotel in desperate need of a refurbishment. Our hotel room had lots of marks and scraps on the wall. My partner had kidney failure and luckily I taken some disinfectant spray as when I wiped down the surfaces it was dirty. The shower head had also not been cleaned in a number of weeks. Our bed sheet was stained and had to be replaced and our tv didn’t work for the two nights we stayed. We reported bedsheets and tv and were asked if we wanted to move rooms by a helpful staff member however given I had just cleaned the whole place we decided to stay put.

We stayed in this hotel for a Legoland trip as it was approx 12min drive away. I can’t fault the hotel at all. Really good customer service and friendly staff. The room was perfect size for a family. We had dinner, deserts, drinks and breakfast in the restaurant. I can’t fault the restaurant or food either. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. My children and I all had one of the best nights sleep we’ve had in a hotel in a long time! Absolutely fantastic price. Top marks from us, thank you for making a stressful stay with children that little bit easier!

I dropped my daughter at Gatwick one day and was picking a friend up at Heathrow early the following day. This Hotel is a great location and fab value for money to save the trip back to the Midlands.

Overall this hotel needs some money spent on it! Not the cleanest because of this. Lots of things not available on evening menu, no cocktails/mocktails, only zero coke and cooked breakfast was cold

What expected for cost. Parking should be included, decor could be freshened up. Everything as expected for cost i suppose.

Very disappointed with the service at dinner on Monday 27th May. Our table was booked for 6.45 after being ignored for approximately 30 minutes. I had to ask a member of staff to take an order. The food eventually arrived after 8 o' clock. We had travelled for over 6 hours and had a tired, hungry child with us. If it hadn't been for the kindness and professionalism of the member of staff we spoke to I wonder how long we would have waited. After this experience we decided not to eat here in the evening.

The food was very nice (beer battered fish and chips)! I cleared my plate :)) I was asked if I wanted to book a time for dinner and that was respected. Receptionist could have been a bit more homely, but no big deal :(( The car park price is quite steep at £6 a night!!! :((

Our room was clean,the bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was good.The staff were friendly and helpful especially Francisco who made us feel very welcome and looked after us in the restaurant.We enjoyed the full breakfast and a nice dinner as well.The location was ideal for us.We would stay here again.
