The first room they gave us the TV didn’t work then they moved us further down to where all the contractors were partying loudly. Our new room the toilet didn’t work, luckily my husband was able to fix it to get it to flush, but didn’t work after that either. Very shabby place sad!

No staff. You check in with a screen at the desk. With a a real person Scary to stand alone in the room to check in. Room smelled so terrible. Bed sheets were not clean.

The lady at the desk was so polite and informative. Will be coming back when in town

My husband and I stayed here and encountered the greatest test of our marriage thus far. We've changed jobs, lost family members, lost jobs, and yet this stay challenged them all. We were assigned what must have been a handicap accessible room which wasn't the issue, the lack of door for the bathroom was the problem. Want to test a marriage? Put a couple in a room where the toilet is open to the public and make sure one of them has tummy issues. We may never emotionally recover.

Unclean, scetchy outlook, dirty bathroom, carpet lifted and stunk. Television problems, no real person - spoke through a camera and paid through kiosk. No one to monitor continental breakfast. Left an unsecure feeling of stay.

When we first arrived at the hotel, there was not a single car in the parking lot. This is unusual for this, especially on a Friday. After walking into the lobby, this was where things got weird; there was not a person, but a man hiding behind a kiosk. There was no live human interaction whatsoever. This was very uncomfortable. He kept demanding that I keep looking at the camera. Why do I need to keep looking at the camera? Are you running some facial recognition software and making copies or such of people's faces to use later against them??? Then they have you place your driver's license on the screen so it can make a copy of it. Usually, they just look at it to match your addresses on file. Now they have a scan of your license. Is this place running a scam from their location?? Makes me wonder why this would be done in the small town of Snyder, Texas. I'd expect to find this sort of thing in the big city. I won't be staying here ever again; neither will the relatives that were with me. They were very uncomfortable as well.

Asked the check in machine for a room at the very back. Didn't work When the motel isn't full, rooms should be every other room!!

Go to Sallies across the Street for a Great Breakfast.. Bring your own Toilet Paper Arrive Early and Inspect the Room ! Check AC if working

Bed was adequate. Toilet was broke. Roaches had already been staying in room a little longer than us. Key Faub worked fine. There was enough food items at breakfast. The banana was delicious. Coffee was a little weak. On the road the next morning made sure to stop somewhere for breakfast and coffee.
