My family was provided with rooms without basic amenities despite confirmed booking. The manager, Mr Rahul, first reluctant to give rooms. He first opened the rooms which we had booked. Then he shifted us to substandard guest house rooms, wherein no fan, no mirror, no phone. I was travelling with aged mother and rooms were two floors down. Very disappointed from AGODA as well. When I requested to respond, nothing done. Had to stay in substandard conditions. Thinking of leaving AGODA forever. Only silver lining was decent food and hospitality of Mr Kamal, the dining room person.
