Heavens Retreat

It was a pathetic experience in Havens retreat. The service is poor. Except for swimming no activities for kids. To reach road is very poor. Pricing is very high and service is poor. Suggest not to visit there.

the serenic view is not worth at the cost of safety and security. I would never recommend any family to visit this place. Poor ***agement. General ***ager smartly fools every client. ***ipulates bill. The pool is not at all a decent public pool,instead is a hub of loafers boozing and fagging .

I found very poor service in resort as well as food quality is not found satisfactory approach road is bad for about 1.5 km The resort staff was not properly trained to receive and cater the guests There is lot of things to improve by the resort

I visited this resort on 05 of July... Resort is located on hill.. View is just awesome...I found that there is no transperency while booking & when we paid our final payment...the ***ager misguided us at the time... with the teriff rates...the food which we ordered except our package was served but was not given any bill for signing that time...***ager made a high amount of bill.. which we all saw was wrongly made . when we ask for food details..he didn't had... Deluxe Rooms ver in very bad condition, which he said r good at the time of booking... We saw big spiders in our washroom... Good views but very bad ***agement....
