A well planned hill resort close to the plains. Layout and the premises are good. The rooms, though comfortable, are not maintained properly. Professional housekeeping is lacking. Food is priced very reasonably and of a fairly good standard. However, the waiters need to be trained. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Overall 'Value for Money'

It's too hot, deluxe room has only 1 fan and it's extremely hot there. Sweating hot. 1 service boy who runs about the entire property to serve food, 1 chef to cook for all the guest. The menu card says food takes 30mins so have patience. Waited for 1hr 30 minutes, called 5 times then the food got sent to the room. I wouldn't blame the staff as they are over stressed, the owners have no concern for the guest. Nothing called hospality. Water finished at night. Had to call for it to get started. Over all, if possible avoid this place. It is 12km from kasauli mall road, if you want to stay in kasauli, stay next to the mall road.

The journey to the property was difficult considering a child of 3yrs. But once we reached the property, all the tiredness and fatigue went away. Located in a green environment, the hotel can boast of a heavenly experience, especially if you are trying to leave the hustles of a city dweller behind. Night time is special due to the serene surroundings and a romantic feel to the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to all those who want peace and want to explore nature.
