It was amazing place.. very nice atmosphere with good isolated location. I liked the stay and will visit again for sure… however, room service is very slow and I felt resort need restaurant, I mean for seating area. rest everything is excellent.. especially the brewery.. loved it

Must say it is a beautiful property situated in between forests the views are amazing we booked a cottage and it was beautiful they have a microbrewery and a beautiful restaurant they have really good food everything was great service the ambience lovely stay🥰❤️❤️

We had a blissful stay at this beautiful property surrounded by the magical pines. The restaurant area is the main highlight of the property. It is well maintained and menu is fulfilling. Bar is good with reasonable pricing. Only drawback is the ongoing construction work at the property. Overall worth a visit.

We had a blissful stay at this beautiful property surrounded by the magical pines. We visited the Resort with our two kids and enjoyed out time there thoroughly. We spent some relaxing and quality leisure time there. The resort is designed and decorated very tastefully and every detail is mirrored for perfection. The property is still being renovated for further expansion and will be worth visiting when it is done. We hope to revisit the resort in near future.

The place is very beautiful.. The cottages are pretty and the food wuality is also very good. But the staff ***agement and their behaviour is rude and disappointed.. They didnt even think that someone is with family the just send the bell boy for checkout.. Their checkin & Checkout time is totally different from every hotel & resort if Checkin is at 1 Pm then checkout should also be at 1 PM. Their linen was also not good bed sheet was having holes in it. Besides so much rain they forcelly made families to checkout get out from their resort.. Their gst on food is also very different as usually everyone charges 5% GST on food as per govt. rules but charge 18% GST on food also. The good thing about resort was their garden with lot of activities to do and you get interact with ***y more new friends and enjoy the evening with new friends.. We got to interact 4-5 families there in resort.. Its totally family resort so its totally safe to go there with families and kids.. I will definitely visit this resort again but i want ***agement should realky consider that same complaints for staff behaviour is there and staff is really not cooperative.. Hospitality is totally based on how you treat and interact with guest and what you do to make your guest happy… besides being a hotelier they didnt even give 10-15% discount of food also.. besides that the cottage was also not same which i booked…The staff was very much rigid which is totally a bad impact for a very beautiful resort… I giving the rating average just because of staff behaviour otherwise it was awesome…👍

Excellent service, such a wonderful experience, love to be there and want to be there again, all hotel staff are very good and very friendly professionals. Occupied with nature with beautiful vibes, love this place.

Very slow service , very unprofesional and incompetent staff ...unaware of the what is in the menu ordered the food but got a reply from the service staff after 20 minutes avout the unavailability of mutton in the kitchen other than that took so long to serve the food overly hyped nicely located but very poor service needs improvement in every section

The service ispathetic they have made a nice place but don't know what service means in a hospitality business half the things in menu are not available and the staff takes the order and tells you after one hour that the item is not available
