Quiet time. Cub room was great. Easy parking. 10 minutes from downtown new hope or peddlers village

Overpriced for an adequate place to stay while traveling for a funeral. No staff on premises “after hours”, we arrived at 8pm. We did receive a call that afternoon to check in over the phone. Access to room was no problem with the code they gave us. No tissues in the room, one drinking cup, no cups for the keruig in the AM. We should have traveled a little farther and paid less at another motel. Adequate.

I loved many things about the New Hope Lodge, including its vintage appeal, the remarkably comfortable bed and pillows, and some quirky, one-of-a-kind details. I enjoyed the bathroom tile and the rustic paneling I found in my room - mostly due to the fact that, here, something older was preserved and spruced up rather than gutted and remodeled. They do have some work to do, though: like putting a mattress pad on that cozy bed, reducing the amount of light that pours through the windows from the porch lamps when people are trying to sleep, and cleaning up the outdoor spaces. My view would have been a little picturesque, but was tangled by a rusted, discarded pool ladder and other debris. This place has a TON of potential, and I hope it is fully recognized.

Check in was wonderful. We were able to drop our stuff off early and go to town again to shop. Thanks to the young man at the desk. Grounds are very nice for an older property. Beautifully landscaped. Room itself was as expected per other reviews. Bathrooms are original to 1960's or 70's and could definitely use an upgrade. Clean but fittings are rusted and putting an extended toilet seat on a round front toilet makes it unusable for men to sit on. Rooms are dark from all the wood but in decent shape: think country cabin. You can hear everything from the next room. Overall, the pricing was good for the area and would probably consider again. If they fixed the bathrooms, definitely would.

The staff were very nice at the front desk, especially Jacob! He was friendly and very professional. The room was on the cold side, no matter how you turned up the thermostat. I think the hotel is on the older side, quaint but a little tired. Carpet stains and dirty around toilet. But beds were comfy and very clean!

If you want basic accommodations with no frills this is the place. It was clean. It is a 1960s motel with a nice TV and a fairly comfortable bed. The curtains do not block the outside light, so if you need darkness to sleep it will be a problem. It is moderately priced place for the area.

A beautiful property, with a great location. Our first time staying there our room was much nicer and the shower water was not brown. Also, our porch was shared with other people that were up all hours of the night and someone actually knocked on our door at 3 AM. But we do like the place and are planning on coming back in the summertime when the pool and fire pit is open.

Room seemed clean. However, We found a womens hair tie rubberband and a Vitamin on the carpet, so I doubt they vacuumed before we came. Kind size bed in room 5 was very comfortable. Seemed brand new. Refrigerator in picture shows to be tallee. Our refrigerator was "knee height". It should be sitting up on something because the frig door was hard to open due to the carpet. TV small, but worked fine. Wifi worked fine. No coffee or microwave in room.
