空港の目の前にホテルがあり非常に助かりました。 フロントスタッフの方がとても対応がよかったです。 ホテル内にレストランがある他、空港内にも深夜まで営業しているミニスーパーマーケットもあるため、食事面でも困りませんでした。 部屋も綺麗でソファベッドもセットされていました。 とても快適でした。

事前に電話して、20分早くチェックインできるか尋ねましたが、追加料金は20ポンドでした。部屋は400でしたが、汚かったです。エレベーターの向かい側でバリアフリーの部屋である435号室に移動しました。設備には、紅茶/コーヒー、アイロン台、金庫がありました。部屋は空港の出発エリアに面していました。ホテル内にバーとレストランがあります。部屋自体は静かで、空港の騒音から防音されていました。スタッフは十分にフレンドリーに見えました。しかし、このホテルは4つ星というよりは3つ星です。ロケーションは便利です。

ホテルは空港から徒歩圏内です。早めのチェックインにはリーズナブルな料金がかかります。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。

So close to arrivals and departures. The hotel site right next and overlooking the premium drop off car park. You can check in online which is helpful if your plane lands late. It was really quiet and notices said that the rooms are sound proofed.

Really nice hotel, modern, tidy and clean. Friendly staff and the location is over the road from the terminal entrance. Room was fantastic and the amenities were top. I'd use this hotel if I was in the area again

Unfortunately the Novotel had a flooding incident. When we arrived close to 2am the front desk staff notified us and offered us accommodation at the “sister hotel” right next door (Ibis). We were very happy to have a bed for the night despite this unexpected change. To sweeten the “downgrade” deal they added complimentary breakfast and offered a 50% tariff reduction. Our stay in the Ibis was fine although instead of AC they have a strange “air warmer” system which allegedly will keep the temperature close to 20 degrees. It just felt stuffy with no air moving, despite having the window open. Of course, airports are not good places to have open windows because they are noisy by nature. Nevertheless, the room was fine: clean, with enough facilities and a good English/Continental buffet breakfast.  Thanks Novotel for looking after us.

We booked and paid for this hotel back in January 2026 In June the hotel cancelled our booking due to over capacity. They offered us an upgraded room that only slept 2 people ( we booked and paid for 4!) We accepted a refund and spent a few days looking elsewhere. Everywhere was fully booked. Except a family room here again! So I booked it, paid for it the e-mailed the hotel confirming the booking for 2 adults and 2 teenagers to which they responded.  Fast forward to arrival after a late 6 hour flight to be told that our booking was for 2 people and they were full! Showed our booking e-mail and my follow up e-mail and after a short time they found us the room we paid for!  Not sure it has been cleaned ready for our arrival though as the sofa bed wasn’t made up and there was a white powder along the bed as well as some dirty stains.  The bathroom was spotless and we were able to make a coffee and settle for the night!  The cleaner walked in well before checkout in the morning and seemed very shocked to see us

I love this hotel! It goes without saying everything about it is very, very nice. The location couldn’t be closer to the airport terminals if it tried. The food is tasty and served by some lovely waiters. Beds, mattresses are superb, great pillows, best nights sleep apart from my own bed! So comfortable. They even had a delicious beer that impressed my husband so much he ordered two! All in all, a gem of a hotel.

This Novotel is absolutely perfect for me because it’s so accessible to the airport. Imagine—once you step out of the airport, it’s already there. That’s why I’m not surprised that many people check in here. It’s not just extremely close, the place itself is also really beautiful and refreshing. Their restaurant is excellent as well. I really enjoyed the Vegetable Salad (Caesar Salad) I had last night—it was very filling, and they definitely didn’t hold back on the ingredients, especially the chicken and seafood. This hotel also provides free water, with bottles already prepared outside the elevator, and you can refill anytime you want. As for the room, I’m honestly amazed by how beautiful it is. It’s very clean, smells great, and they also provide coffee. It’s so comfortable to sleep here, and you definitely won’t regret checking in. I will truly recommend this place to my friends who will come here to BHX, and I’ll tell them to book here because it’s 300% worth it with no regrets.

Excellent place for early flights. Rooms are great and the restaurant has some very nice food although I did think the portions were on the small side. Staff were very nice and friendly and the whole place was very clean and tidy. It is literally a 1 minute walk to the terminal so very very convenient. Highly recommended.
