ラヴェニダ ホテル(L'Avenida)

Small boutique hotel just a 5 min walk from the heart if Soller. We stayed a week here, given a room at the front of the hotel. Stunning room, with a beautiful bathroom. Comfy bed, cleaned and tidy every day. The hotel staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has a small pool, surrounded by sun loungers. There were plenty for the amount of guests. Towels provided - drinks if you wanted, just ring the bell! Breakfast was fabulous, choice of buffet or and eggs. Would highly recommend.

Our first visit to Mallorca despite being seasoned travellers worldwide and we can safely say that that L' Avenida comfortably exceeded all our expectations, notably the excellent hospitality of Matthew and Karen, a luxurious and well-appointed room and an ideal location in Soller close to a range of superb restaurants and the first-class bus, tram and train services. Although we spent time visiting the gardens of Majorca by bus, it was equally enjoyable just to relax on the balcony with a book after a very tasty and substantial breakfast. L' Avenida is definitely our #1 in Mallorca.

First visit to both Sollér and Mallorca, and will definitely not be our last! A brilliant hotel with incredibly friendly and hospitable staff and management. Rooms were very comfortable and perfect for our stay! Excellent breakfast offerings of both a buffet of local delights and cooked to order options! The L’Avenida team were more than happy to provide great suggestions for local cuisine that was very helpful for first timers! All round, an excellent stay, and shall definitely be intending to return!

Very nice small and intimate hotel. We were met by Matthew and together with the friendly team they made our stay a wonderful time. Everybody had always some minutes for questions. They provided information regarding, hiking, walks, restaurants, what was going on in town, trains/trams etc. All very useful and appreciated information. The room was very clean and beutiful with plenty of space which included a nice view of the mountains. Big clean bathroom which also had the same mountainview. A nice bed can be an issue when staying at hotels but this bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was taken in the nice pool-area and is a buffet. Plenty of choices of fresh fruits, coldcuts, cheese, juices, egg-choices to order cooked etc. Everything displayed in a nice way. Soller is a nice small town and the location of the hotel is very central so you could easily walk to various places in a few minutes. Will strongly recommend everybody of L'Avenida and must return.

Wonderful hotel near the main square! The rooms are a good size and the pool is amazing. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly! There is a fantastic restaurant right around the corner called Ca’n Pintxos that we also found! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends visiting the area!

Excellent in every respect - rooms, staff and location. The breakfast is worth getting up for. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to quality place to stay.

Excellent experience all in all. The location was very convenient. The room was spacious, well appointed and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The patio and pool were nice, in a very beautiful and peaceful setting. The staff was exceptional, particularly the front desk management. The breakfast options were delicious. Soller itself was an extremely charming town. We would love to return one day, and would definitely choose this hotel again.

We spent a week here recently. Hotel is perfectly positioned, in a quiet street just five minutes walk from the main square in Soller. Our room on the first floor had a shared balcony and overlooked the pool. Beautifully clean and with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom large with a fantastic shower and L’occitane toiletries. Breakfast is served outside overlooking the pool and is mainly buffet style with lots of choice. Eggs etc are cooked to order. All of the staff we met were so friendly and efficient. Particular mention for Karen who was lovely. Some fabulous restaurants within a few minutes walk.We particularly enjoyed Casa Alvaro and Can Pinxto but would recommend booking. We were worried about transfers from the airport but Palma airport and the taxi rank was so easy. Expect to pay about 45 euros each way.

Beautiful boutique hotel close to town. Great location, delicious fresh breakfast. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, special mention to Matthew, Anastasia & Karen. We had an absolutely wonderful stay.
