Vits the Somnath Gateway

This is one of the best experience during my stay in any hotel. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I stayed with family and they provided us with homely environment during our stay. The food in the restaurant was also very delicious and hygenic. I would highly recommend to stay in this hotel. Special thanks to the manager to make our stay comfortable and relaxing with all the services provided.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We stayed for one night on our way to Sasan Gir. The first impression wasn’t very good as the hotel looked dark and not very well decorated. The reception staffs were ok but would have been better if they had smiles while serving. Our room was big was the bed was comfortable . The bathroom was small and clean but had a distinct smell of urine which we didn’t like. Probably need a deep clean of the bathroom. The strongest point of this hotel is the food they serve. We had evening dinner and breakfast. Both were delicious and very tasty indeed. Complements to the chef. The restaurant staffs were very good and served with smiles. The AGM Mr Navin Kumar was helpful and doing a great job for the hotel.

I really liked it here, I stayed here for 5 days, I really liked it and I would like to say that you should also come here and stay in this hotel, the staff here is also very nice, all the staff members live together and talk lovingly, the food here is very tasty, if you come here then meet Mr. Ali chef and eat the food prepared by him, he cooks very delicious food, all the staff members here are very nice

Only the restaurant staff were good which actually saves face for ratings otherwise PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!!! The Captain and Manager ONLY PROMISE BUT DO NOT DELIVER!! Despite adjusting with so many problems faced THINGS WERE BAD!! BOOKED 5 ROOMS BUT USELESS SERVICE!!! WORST PERSON SITTING AT RECEPTION AT THE NIGHT!! HES ONLY INTERESTED IN SLEEPER RATHER THAN ASSISTING CUSTOMERS IN NEED!!! CHECKED OUT AT 5.30 AM BUT ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE TO THE PEOPLE WHO CHECKED OUT!! LIST OF WORSE THINGS TOOO LONG TO MENTION!!!! THATS WHY TITLE.... NEVER AGAIN WITH THESE USELESS TYPE HOTELS!!!!
