We went to tour the Sonora Caverns, a fun exploration and about a 2 mile hike, doable for seniors. We stayed at this Quality Inn and enjoyed the clean room and friendly staff. Unlike a lot of Quality Inns, this one had everything working, and looked pretty new. This includes the room and the free breakfast area. Comfy bed and extra towels made it a good night's stay.

Everything was excellent. Not a single complaint. Clean, updated, functional rooms. Quiet. Polite staff. Great fitness room. Nice pool. Great breakfast. Bed too soft for me, but most people will like it. Great value - I wish all budget motels were like this one.

This hotel is the type that has an outdoor entrance to your room, it's 2 story and outdoor stairwell. They have a good hot breakfast that’s included with the stay, they have a nice gym, a big outdoor pool and the rooms were nice as well. The area is quiet even though it’s close to interstate 10. See pictures of room, pool, breakfast and gym. I would stay there again.

The facilities, staff, and breakfast were very good. I would have given 5 stars except that we were not told that we would not have maid service when we checked in. We put our towels on the floor when we left in the morning. When we asked about our room not having been cleaned when we returned in the evening, we were told that we were not scheduled for maid service that day. We got new towels at reception, but it would have been nice to know in advance that there was not going to be maid service. Also, we ran out of toilet paper because there was not an extra roll left in the room.

Great place to stay. Very clean room and bed was so comfortable! Staff friendly and helpful. Pool was refreshing and well kept. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits & gravy, etc. Food was warmed and restocked quickly.

We stayed one night at this hotel. We were given a ground floor room as requested. Easy to drive right up to the door & unload straight into the room. The hotel is clean & well-kept. Our room was clean, comfortable, good a/c, comfortable bed, nice towels & toiletries. The only thing we disliked about the room, & we’ve had this in one other Quality Inn, is the tin bed stand which bangs & clangs whenever one gets on or off the bed, even when one is trying to quietly slip out of bed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The hotel has a lovely, clean outdoor pool which was great to relax in after a long, hot day on the road. The front desk staff were pleasant & friendly. Breakfast was fine too.

I was staying here for two days. My room had extremely poor cellphone reception so I encouraged people to call the hotel and to be put through to my room. Abigale at the front desk refused to put through calls to my room as it is “the policy” not to do so without permission first. My truck was broke down and I was needing help from various road side services. I didnt have names of every single person I was trying to get back to me. Never again.

This motel is built in a bend of Interstate 10 and no matter which side of the hotel your room is, you will be facing it. The result is that the trucks sound like they are coming through your room and there are lots of trucks. Given that, you would imagine that the rooms would have some sound proofing but they don't. Apart from that, my room was large, looked newly done up and was extremely clean. There was wifi in the room which worked fine - that may be because my room was quite close to the reception. Breakfast was a miserable affair of paper cups and paper bowls in a small area off the reception.
