前台的服務人員小姐親切而且盡量為我解決問題早餐真的非常棒三星級的收費，四星级的享受，值得來住，離任何環境都非常的近高鐵跟巴士

Great location. Rooms are spacious with modern furniture. Reception staff is very friendly and accomodating. Will be back.

In a great location for monte ******, the beach and restaurants The good / bad point is it’s by the station. Handy to get trains but a bit noisy even with windows closed The room was great - could’ve give with an extra pillow but other than that no problems

Really nice hotel in great location with very spacious rooms. There are shops, bars, restaurants nearby, but still peaceful. Yes the trains go by close to the some of the rooms, but that didn't bother us. Breakfast is really good, you should try it at least once. It's not your basic breakfast, more like brunch style. This hotel could easily be a 4* place. All the staff was nice except this one young woman who was serving us breakfast sunday 27.8 around 8 clock. Her attitude was very lazy and negative. She didn't even bothered to watch towards us when said thanks and byes.

We spent a short holiday in Sopot staying in this hotel. New and modern place, very nice overall. A big room with AC and fridge, no balcony. Bed was good and soft, small pillows though. The breakfast was a bit pricey but VERY good; lots of everything, like fried vegetables in teriyaki sauce, awesome. Grilled sausages etc. The only downside was the noise from passing trains, it took 2 nights to get used to. It wasn't that loud but sudden whooosh with variying duration. The room was 219 facing north with view at the train tracks and beginning of Monciak walking street.

Good Location, convenient. I also appreciate them fulfilling my requests for more pillows..that made a huge difference in the comfort of my stay..would book again.

Pretty decent hotel. Very good price/quality relation. Perfect location - very hear railway station (might be also a disadventage for some guests - some rooms have view straight on railway and from time to time it is loud …), next to the central walking street of Sopot, very close to many good breakfast places. Rooms are specious, also bathrooms are big with large showers. However still many improvements might be introduced - mattresses are not very comfortable, no king-size beds (2 single ones might be set together but just with bedsheet), no electric kettle, also cleaning of room might be better.
