Melody suites is located perfectly. Just around the corner from the main ‘*****’ of Sorrento. Rooms were modern and very clean. Staff were more than helpful. A small selection of cakes and muffins were available for breakfast alongside coffee.

The room was very clean. There was a broken window in the room so we heard all the street noise. We also heard the people above us. The room was definitely not sound proof. We were there 3 days and only slept the first night cause we were exhausted. The breakfast across the street was fresh but only juice, pastry and coffee. The staff was very nice. The outside of the building looks a little shabby as well as the elevator, but once you enter the room its very nice.

The ladies who run this little residence inn are so helpful. They were absolutely wonderful and I can't speak highly enough of them. This is actually a series of rooms in an apartment complex. It can be a bit tricky to find (you need to look at the buzzer next to the gate of the main entrance on the way in to figure out where to go) but once you've gotten the knack of it, it's pretty easy to navigate in and out of. It's right next to a macelleria that sells all manner of delicious sandwiches and Da Nello, a serviceable little restaurant that will satisfy your belly. There is also a delicious cafe practically across the road. It is also very close to a grocery store and a few what-not shops so don't worry if you forget your toothbrush, hair and make-up supplies, etc. There are really only two drawbacks to this place: 1). As it's not a traditional hotel, you'll need to make sure to have extra supplies on hand or locate the nearest grocery store/what-not shop and 2). It's on a somewhat noisy road. Earplugs will help if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, for the price, it cannot be beat. If you want a comfortable room very close to the heart of Sorrento, this is the place to come.
