Lindo hotel, serviço atencioso, área de lazer bem estruturada, perto de tudo.

Good hotel for a short stay. Grandiose lobby and common areas with a feel of belle époque. Rooms are older but with all the comforts including AC. Great breakfast served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommended if you are not bothered by older rooms.

We had the best stay at the Grand Europa. The hotel was beautiful, it was a bit dated in some areas but had a special charm about it. The location was perfect as just a short walk to the centre. We had a sea view and the room was lovely and clean. The staff were great. We loved the pool and the jetty to get into the sea was perfect for the children. We look forward to coming back.

We were upgraded to a suite which we were really pleased with at first. There was no lift access down to the suite and it was right under the dining room. There was a function the first night and every time someone pushed their chair out or moved a table , it reverberated in the suite ( especially at 6am every morning when they were setting up the dining room for breakfast) We also had people come down to the hallway and start to yell and scream because the sound would echo and reverberate through the hallway an they thought it was funny. Apart from the noise, the room was huge, balcony had a wonderful view of Mt Vesuvius and the location is really good. Taking a point off for the noise and lack of elevator.

This was without a doubt the best room I have ever stayed in - suite with hot tub room 501. It was enormous - it felt bigger than the advertised 50sq m - Llounge, normally set up with a large sofa, coffee table , 2 armchairs plus a separate desk was used as a second bedroom - my daughter says that it was the most comfortable sofa bed ever, she even had her own shower room / wc. Main bedroom was huge, queen size bed, beautiful furniture plenty of power sockets. Main bathroom was, I guess about 20sqm on it’s own - hot tub was actually just a bath with jacuzzi jets. Separate large shower cubicle, double sinks, wc and bidet. 4 separate balconies all looking over the bay of Naples (even one in the bathroom) Hotel itself was a bit dated and breakfast was OK. Fantastic location - 300m from train station, 400m from main square. I believe that the hotel is being done up over the winter - which s a shame because I’m pretty sure it will be well over what we will be able to afford.

First the positives....the view is amazing, the beds comfy, nearly all staff amazing, 1 receptionist could be a bit snappy, plenty of breakfast but very repetive, extremely clean, close to the centre. Now the negative....pool only open for 2 days of our holiday then closed till spring, no mention of this on website, beach????? No beach just a jetty with some sunbeds and they disappeared 3 days into our holiday. We asked about the fitness room and spa that were advertised, but the stroppy receptionist said no....all in all an OK hotel but for the money and half the facilities it offered a bit of a let down. I would call it misadvertising...Next time I may look for a hotel that has what it says!!!

We came home today from a week's stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough There's an old school glamour to the downstairs areas and the rooms are spotless If you're after grey and white boutique this is not for you but that'll leave room for the rest of us!! Every member of staff is lovely,so friendly and helpful My husband is gluten intolerant so we came with Jet2 and took the half board option as thought it would be easier than looking for meals in town The food was fabulous both breakfast and dinner with 5 choices on every evening course The pool was open until October 31st apparently it was shady and cool even in my wetsuit so the sea was a better option accessed by the boardwalk There is a lift from hotel down to sea level through a tunnel carved in the rock Free towels are provided for both pool and boardwalk Thank you so much everyone for making our stay so enjoyable Top tip bring a kettle you've a mini fridge for milk bought locally If you like a bit of TV before you come download shows onto BBC I player as all Italian channels on room TV Thank you
