The welcome you receive here is some of the best I’ve ever had. This family run hotel accommodated for us at every request. They are very knowledgable of the local area and always willing to help you negotiate the busses, restaurants and any sights to see. I’d recommend a visit here to anyone and I’d especially recommend taking advantage of the rooftop jacuzzi with a view (on a clear day) of mount Vesuvius.

Stayed here for 2 nights in July. Bad bits first. The access wasn’t great. The hotel is around 1km up a hill from the centre and some of the route has no pavement. The taxis are extortionate, the busses are in their own dimension out here, never on time, sometimes don’t stop, sometimes won’t let you on with cash; and they just make the fare price up as they go along. So I opted to walk it was less stressful, even when I arrived with all my luggage! The rooms are comfortable and fit for purpose. The breakfast is fit for purpose also. The views are good, the main road outside does ruin them a little bit. The staff were very friendly and; in comparison to many hotels it was reasonably priced and fairly close to the town centre if you’re fit.

The front desk staff is amazing. So pleasant and smiling. I would recommend staying here. It’s 20 minute walk to downtown but I never got sick of it bc the view was incredible.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and at home.Stefano surprised us with an upgrade to a room to the front with partial sea view which we greatly appreciate. We loved everything about this hotel...staff are exceptional, friendly and courteous.Breakfast was excellent in a lovely classy dining room.Our room was spacious a very welcome change .The bus stop outside the hotel makes for easy access .The rooftop terrace with jacuzzi is a relaxing haven and garden grounds are impeccable . Thankyou to everyone we encountered on the Hotel Brittania team.You should be very proud of superb service.Best of luck and continued success.

Very nice hotel for our short stay. They have a wonderful breakfast. Staff was amazing and so helpful. Short walk to the center. Would definitely stay here again.

Super little hotel in good location. Great views, decent breakfast,lovely roof terrace and garden , very helpful staff and spotlessly clean. Rooms and furniture are basic and shower needs updating but other than, would stay here again.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended great swimming grotto. Bus stop is convenient located in front of hotel, although we were able walk into town center for dinner. (Road is busy) Serves a great Buffett breakfast. The rooftop terrace views and hot tub is a perfect place to relax.

Wow what a fabulous hotel for the reasonable price we paid. Wonderful staff always helpful. Wonderful rooms and we paid a little extra for balcony with sea view. Clean and great location a short walk into Sorrento. They also have a lovely outdoor seating area with lemon trees and lights of an evening. Beyond our expectations. I would definitely stay there if I went again.

You can hear other rooms even moving in their room. No fan in the washroom!! Washroom window open which makes night sleep hard because of the noise. There was no new toilet paper in the room when we got there!! After room service they did not add a new toilet paper or shampoo Towels quality awful Breakfast was descent No sidewalk around the hotel so not a safe commute to the city center You can find better places for the price
