Well, I struck gold choosing this hotel. The staff, the hotel, and the rooms are superb. The breakfast is perfectly scrumptious, although having cauliflower for breakfast seems unusual. These Italians need to learn about proper sausages and bacon. They serve an anemic sausage called wurst, which, trust me, is the worst. Unfortunately, there is no bacon or options for scrambled, poached, or fried eggs. However, why come to Italy for a full English breakfast? They offer a good selection of everything else you could think of for breakfast, even cake. Moreover, their orange juice is spot on, without any of that cheap concentrate found in other venues. The swimming pool was great, and miraculously, I managed to enjoy 10 days without any Germans, making it easy to find a sun lounger at any time of the day. The staff is very helpful, providing assistance with the umbrella and supplying towels. There is also a jacuzzi in the pool, which is both stimulating and relaxing. The bar and lunch options have a variety of great food choices, and they serve the largest Ferrero Rocher ice cream I have ever seen, which was absolutely delicious. Lastly, I must mention Elina and Anna. They are a dynamic pair of troublesome yet fun and professional ladies who truly enhanced my stay. I'm not sure if this review fully captures the exceptional experience I had during my stay, but it's certainly a testament to how wonderful it was.

What an amazing place this is - hotel Leone in Sorrento. I can’t believe it’s listed as 3*, it should undoubtedly deserve a 4* rating at least. It is unbelievably clean and not just the bedroom, everywhere inside and outside the hotel. Staff are really pleasant and helpful. Breakfast offers the usual selection of meats, cheese, fresh fruit, cereals, breads, preserves and the most incredible comb honey. The location in Sorrento is excellent, two streets back from the Main Street (Corso Italia) and very close to train station, bus terminal and Piazza Tasso, the main square. I found it better to book direct with the hotel. Would most definitely recommend and would 100% return.

Had a loud alarm noise waking me up, reception were horrible suggesting it was in my head! I recorded it, & the following morn they found it was my room phone which was removed, after they blamed me for pulling the emergency cord in the shower! & suggesting I remove the key card & do without electricity for the night to resolve. NO Apology, no offer to change Room. Treated me as if I was a nuisance. I Had no sleep. My day was ruined & was So upset by the treatment of senior msle staff.

Wonderful hotel! Our VRBO canceled on us with less than 24 hours notice so we quickly made a reservation at Hotel Leone, not quite knowing what to expect. We couldn't be more pleased! It is easy walking distance to the train station, the ferry docks, and the oldest part of Sorrento. Yet it's set back far enough from the busy roads to allow for a quiet and restful oasis. The breakfast is AMAZING! There is a lovely courtyard filled with Citrus trees and a gorgeous pool. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The staff are very graciuos and helpful. Plus, there is a laundromat a few blocks away. Perfecto!!! I think you will enjoy this hotel.

Excellent location. A 10-minute walk to the Corso Italia with all the shops and restaurants in the Center of Sorrento. There is also a large parking lot which made driving very easy. A bakery and grocery store are five minutes away. The hotel offers a good size breakfast with outside tables under lemon trees and a large swimming pool. The staff was very friendly especially the gentleman who works on the night desk.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a family trip to Sorrento. Loved every minute of our stay. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Rooms spacious, spotlessly clean, great bathroom, lovely pool area with changing facilities and great poolside bar that also served beautiful food. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast included and location to Sorrento Town excellent, 5 minute walk. If lucky enough to revisit Sorrento would definitely stay here again.Thank you for making our stay so pleasant 😊

The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel was immaculate and our room had a spacious sun kissed balcony. There is a lovely pool with very comfortable sun beds. The hotel is positioned in a quiet road away from the main traffic but within easy walking distance to the main centre

We spent 4 nights and really enjoyed it here. All staff welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Hotel is well situated just a few minutes stroll from the main tourist area. Breakfast was always plentiful and all you could expect of continental type breakfasts in general. Our oom was clean and spacious with nice view over the pool. We had a few drinks around the pool everyday and booked them to our room (without asking prices) and were nicely surprised at checking out that drinks were really good value at the hotel. Would we return YES YES YES

Great hotel just a short walk down to the main part of town with all the restaurants and shops. Really close to waterfront and beach clubs too. Breakfast is amazing with huge selection for all tastes. Pool is great too and corp and drinks available beside the pool. Rooms are good. Daily housekeeping too. Comfortable with a fridge and small kettle. Shower is a little small. But bathroom fine. Highly recommend Hotel Leone.
