トーン パートナー ホテル ソートランド(Thon Partner Hotel Sortland)

Hotel is great but bathroom was tiny. Designer should have been fired. Clean but tiny.

We had a comfortable room and the staff were helpful, even phoning us to alert us to the northern lights which were stunning, good breakfasts and the SULT grill is very good and serves generous portions, especially the nachos starter.

I was given a room with a double bed. As I walked in I noticed the toilets flushing mechanism had come off the wall. I tried to fix it but realized that the unit wasn’t meant for that particular wall mount. I called reception and they sent a guy in. All he did was use double sided sticky tape and tried to stick it the best he could!! I was bemused at the whole thing. I would have expected that they move me to another room!

i have a back problem (lumbago) fell down and ended up laying in the hall way for hours trying to get help from staff since I could not stand up and each my phone, finally a guest heard me knocking and staff came, but then lots of guests had seen me laying in the hallway with no other clothes than a sweater . And even called the police to totally humiliat me as a guest who got sick. Other guests was seeing me laying there helpless only in my trousers. I have worked 25 years for Scandinavian Airlines and have lived months on hotels all over the world. This is my worst experience ever, although I choosed this hotel since the owner was a good friend of my late father Nils Posse. I also told them to only let medical personal enter my room, but a second cousin who was stalking me was given out a key card to my room twice. Stay away from this hotel if you want to be safe or could need medical helt. Totally unprofessional. I have been working at hotels myself for years before starting to work for the airlines, so I wrote hundreds of hotell reviews and also seen how other hotels manage to protect their guest who get sick while being their guests. They charged me full price or even more than agreed on.

Brutto fuori ma bellissimo dentro. Camera suite pulita con porta decorata , letto molto comodo e bagno grande. Macchina da caffè e tutto quello che serve. Receptionolto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente andrebbe rifatta la facciata. Parcheggio gratuito e ricarica per auto elettriche

Eldre hotell og det synes, litt for slitt. Lyspunktet var betjening og restauranten. Fenomenal mat! Er jeg i regionen igjen kommer jeg til å ta turen til hotellet bare for maten.

Gutes Personal, sehr feines Frühstück. Zimmer eher älter und wenig Stauraum für Gepäck, aber sehr sauber. Hotel nahe der Schiffsanlegestelle, womit dieses Hotel auch im Winter zu Fuss gut erreichbar ist. Freies Wlan, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt beim Hotel

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der kleinen Stadt Sortland, Parkplätze sind auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind groß aber etwas altmodisch und abgewohnt für norwegische Verhältnisse. Die Teppiche auf dem langen Flur waren verdreckt und es standen überall Wäschewagen im Weg. Das Personal an der ansprechend gestalteten Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Toutes les chambres donnent sur la rue. Attention à la douche qui est une patinoire. Pas de bouilloire mais au chaude et café a la réception Petit déjeuner pas très fourni avec.des pains et produits semblant industriels. Un peu veillons. Parking gratuit
