ピエルジオギオ パレス ホテル(Piergiorgio Palace Hotel)

Localización muy buena, cerca de la playa y del centro. No había agua caliente para duch**** durante los dos días que estuve en el hotel. Había una GOTERA en medio del cuarto de baño, lo cual hizo peligroso levant**** por la noche, pues el suelo estaba resbaloso. El desayuno dejó bastante que desear, pocas opciones. Hotel muy atractivo y muy bien localizado, pero está muy mal mantenido, le falta moderniz****.

Staff was great - they spoke little English an we little spanish. Room ok. Restaurant and food fantastic. Needs a lot of work to repair areas damaged by waves. Bushes need trimming / removal. Power cleaning entire public area necessary. Paint/whitewash also needed. Wonderful views from some areas. Could be much greater destination than current.

this place is a total bad dream IF i am not refund by ******* in small claim court and ask for refund plus damage I ask ******* to call me and nobodies did

The property located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Which provides a great view. However, the property is rundown, in disrepair, and downright dangerous. The furniture in the room was old, I found hair on my bed when I checked in, and the shower stall dripped water constantly.

Very safe, clean, older facility, needs some tender loving care. What you might expect in Sosua for the price. Great location and terrific views.

Hotel has issues with maintenance and supine staff. However, the view is great, A/C is powerful, beds are pretty comfortable. I will definitely stay again. P.S. when the ask 100 pesos for the guest, just say no. They will take that answer.

The view is very beautiful. Not too much options for lunch or dinner. Every payment must be done in cash.

Stay away, at check in walked into a third floor flooded room, next room had no TV service. Asked to be changed to an Ocean view as originally requested, and was told a big “maybe” After one day in town realizing it was all a mess, I had enough., flew and checked in Dec 22, flew back home in time to save my Vacation Dec 24. Checking out they would not even give me a receipt of checking at 8:00 am Dec24. Just a “don’t expect a refund” I’m 62 now and expect to retire and travel, I’m going to change so this will not happen again. AGAIN, I paid $2,500 and had to leave, my choice, be careful with yours.

This place must’ve been in its splendor 40 years ago. But the lack of maintenance is seen on the unsafe balconies and many off limits areas. The restrooms need a total renovation. They had pink toilets lol. Worst thing was that tjere were power outages all night. Positive thing was the food- it was good and plenty. The drinks were mediocre. The one in charge Oscar, was the most pleasent staff.
