被子舊，起球。 浴室不乾淨，整體來説房間裏很舊。 外面環境很好。

Really enjoyed the hotel, beautiful castle type building, lovely big gardens, food is tasty and helpful staff. Animation team always friendly and my kids had a great time. Big room which was a bonus.. Really lovely hotel and holiday we had.

The hotel is very bad 4stars i give only 0 the staff is very bad cleaners are so bad ,food cold not taste,no snack ,the animator all good the sea nice and beatifull not recommend . In the 10 days I was there, I counted about 10 cockroaches in the toilet and the room. And cockroaches can be found everywhere near the lift and ground floor!!! I will never go back !!!

Had the most amazing holiday & would 100% do it all over again. Staff members were extremely helpful, and more than willing to help with absolutely anything. I throughly enjoyed every meal, and felt very full, content, well rested and relaxed during our entire stay. The beach is stunning, and not even 2 minutes away from the hotel. The location is beautiful, the a**osphere is amazing, the hotel is clean, and is a beautiful building with a lot of history. The indoor pool and sauna was absolutely great; we went every day, and really enjoyed seeing “Sami”, who was extremely helpful and kind. My partner and I both received the most relaxing massages from the wonderful masseuse, who made us feel very comfortable. There is a gentleman who runs events for tourists, who even approached us as he knew when we arrived, and we went for a camel ride the very next day, at a very good price. Everything went exactly as planned and the gentleman was extremely reliable, arriving not even 1 minute after we had finished our ride to pick us up. And of course, our camel ride was an absolutely amazing experience was was so worth it! It was my first time ever in Tunisia and I was definitely not disappointed, and would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would especially like to thank the animation team for making us feel so welcome, helping us with everything we needed to know, answering all our silly questions with a smile, and making us feel genuinely welcome and encouraged us to make the most of our stay. Expect A LOT of fun from “Gigi and Kuda”, but do not expect to beat them at any board games you play with them 😂😂 we made friends for life on this holiday and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from a week long holiday. THANK YOU!!

The WiFi wasn’t always available and quite slow when you did get it. And the beds were solid and not very comfortable. However there was many good attributes The food from the restaurant had such a large selection, from the salads, sauces, hot foods, breads and even the deserts. The deserts were to die for. The rooms were clean and every day the beds were made and had very quant designs. The cleaner was very nice and had helped keep our floors mopped like we had never entered the room in the first place. The activities was great for both adults and children; there was something for everyone. The staff was very friendly and energetic and brought life to the place. The hotel itself had a very calming a**osphere and had these paintings where you could tell they were hand crafted with precision and were placed in the hallways of the hotel rooms. The lobby was quite calming and had dim lights. This may not be everyone’s cup of tea but I found it quite relaxing.

All the staff are very good, they're very helpful even though their English is limited. Animation team is very entertaining. The porter, cleaners, waiters, kitchen and security staff were friendly. The food was good, there's always a big variety. The hotel needs a little more maintenance to make it more presentable. Overall the staff made the stay a good one.

It took us a few days to get to used to the surroundings and everything the hotel has to offer, it was a lot of self discovery and asking. Signage or a welcome book would go along way for guests. Overall the hotel was a great place for a relaxing a**osphere for our little family, the animation team are incredible and deserve big raises for what they do for the guests, they give everything and made our holiday super special for our 2 year old. My recommendations for the hotel is to upgrade the food options to cater to vegetarians and others and it would upgrade the hotel a lot. With some more TLC around the hotel it’s defo one to choose.

Staff amazing with both adults and children especially Mary and mouna made our stay fun always entertained never board Food is varied but not for the fussy eater Pools clean and a stones throw from the beach which is clean and perfect for a family day and perfect for sandcastles

Hotel was lovely and the animation team were brilliant. Mary and mouna were amazing and really made our holiday! Only downside was the food, I wish there was more variety. Other than that an amazing hotel with great entertainment and kids club.
