Poor customer service, rude evening reception staff with lack of English understanding and lack of any understanding of customer service. Complained about blocked sink and toilets flush problem but he didn’t resolve issues. Rooms had insects crawling and corridor was flooded. Avoid if you can

I mistakenly booked a single room in this hotel at a price of 27 USD.. Then I called the hotel to try to change the reservation to a matrimonial room because I am on vacation with my wife.. Their response was exploitative and told me to pay 66 USD to change the room type from single to double. Then I contacted the customer service to cancel the reservation and return my money, but without any benefit.. I contacted them for two whole days, but with no result.. The result was that I did not go to the hotel and lost my money.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Food was of an abundance and very nice too. We have had a fantastic time here and don’t want to go home. One of the nicest hotels we have had the pleasure to stay. Can not wait to come back. Love you all.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The servers is top tier. They anticipate your needs and are always willing to help. Special shout-out to the animation director Mido , so friendly and funny and good banter. The food was amazing, my partner wasn't a huge fan but I thought it was delicious , especially the desserts. Many pools to chose from and the activities are included ie archery and basketball. Me and my partner are definitely coming back to this resort

Staff are the best service me and my partner have had, entertainment is great and our room is so comfortable. Deserts are great but on main course food for all times could have more options but lovely. Mido has given us the best service out of everyone and pointed us in the right direction of entertainment

Great hotel, fab entertainment team with both day and night activities. Very clean hotel throughout. All staff very friendly from reception team to the bar boys and restaurant staff. Special shoutout to Mido and the entertainment team for keeping us entertained for the week!

The hotel is set in a beautiful garden close to the beach, the rooms are cleaned daily and are spacious, all the staff in the hotel were really friendly. The entertainment team were fab the shows they put on were so funny. Mido and the gang were fab. The food was perfect even for a picky eater like me. Thanks for a fab holiday will definitely be returning.

The hotel is very good and the stuff is very friendly . The food and the cleaning is very nice . The reception people are very sweet and nive people . Tge animator team are very good and there are professional dancers . The best of themnare Marko cheof of animation Mustafa and Sousou .
