Poor customer service, rude evening reception staff with lack of English understanding and lack of any understanding of customer service. Complained about blocked sink and toilets flush problem but he didn’t resolve issues. Rooms had insects crawling and corridor was flooded. Avoid if you can

I mistakenly booked a single room in this hotel at a price of 27 USD.. Then I called the hotel to try to change the reservation to a matrimonial room because I am on vacation with my wife.. Their response was exploitative and told me to pay 66 USD to change the room type from single to double. Then I contacted the customer service to cancel the reservation and return my money, but without any benefit.. I contacted them for two whole days, but with no result.. The result was that I did not go to the hotel and lost my money.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. Food was of an abundance and very nice too. We have had a fantastic time here and don’t want to go home. One of the nicest hotels we have had the pleasure to stay. Can not wait to come back. Love you all.

Just checked in. 1. Airport transfer was all messed up 2. Our bus left even though we were one of the first out. Had to wait over 30 minutes for another bus 3. Got dropped off at the wrong part of the resort so had to walk over 100m with our luggage to the correct entrance 4. We were told to mot check in and rush to the buffet as it was closing in 15 min at 9pm. Eating times are very restrictive and don't allow you to be flexible while in your holiday. No room service 5. Only one person at reception so had to wait for our room key 6. No kettle in rooms. Told only 5 star hotels provide kettles 🤔 7. Hotel takes no responsibility for valuables but no safes in room 8. Given a room overlooking the disco 9. Old hotel. Dated rooms. Unpleasant bathroom 10. Website is completely misleading and definitely not worth the money. There are much better places to go for the same price So far a hugely unsatisfactory experience.

I want to say its my first time at this hotel is really lovely 😍 and the all the stuff work here so good people and nice and the weather nice not much hot but is ok for us 31 at the day and good team animation 😀 😊 👍 👌 ☺️ 😄 😀 😊 👍 👌 ☺️ 😄 😀 😊 bravo for all of them

my second time in this hotel , My kids don't like to leave this place the staff are really friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious , the bar staff did a great job to serve you everyday , and they remember your drink , beach is clean and nice , entertainment team did a great job to make everyone involved and happy , thanks to zino for his kindness and helpful, we will be back soon.

Very good hotel the food was great also freindly Staff. The beach is lovley and the guys working there makes it the way it is and what made my holiday great are the Animation guys as they are always smiling and inviting me to do activities i will be back at some point

Great experience as we had a lovely room and the staff were brilliant specially the animation team were brilliant thanks to Crouch and Marco and the boss Mustapha for taking care of us and always put a smile in our face and we will be back next may
