酒店很不錯，有地下停車位，位置很贊，離海邊和老城麥地那都很近，步行不遠就可到達，早餐也很不錯，房間也夠大，設施滿意，大堂很大進去就感覺很舒服，總之好評

Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Raum war gut aber man sah dass vor einiger Zeit Bettwanzen vorhanden waren. Die Mahlzeitkarte war leider nur sehr begrenzt. Die Kosten ein wenig zu überteuert für das Zimmer. Der Pool (/ innen und aussen) war sehr schön beleuchtet und hygienists. Die Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer war aber sehr schön.

Très très mal placé : en plein centre ville avec bcp de passage de tt types !! Pas de place de parking , la plage est trop pleine . Il n’a du « palace » que le nom ne mérite pas ces 5 étoiles .

Arrived at the palace hotel and spa in sousse on the 26th September 2024.first impression of the hotel was very impressive. Than the doorman greet us and took us to the reception.inside the hotel looked very smart and clean.we where taken up to our room which was facing the front of the hotel and it was a busy street.we asked if we could move to the back of the hotel.and the manager MR MABROUK sorted it straight away and had a lovely room overlooking the beach and pool.with a balcony.i mentioned it was my partner birthday the next day .and I booked the 12th floor restaurant. The views are fantastic. You can see for miles.when we got to the restaurant the manager MR MABROUK was there to greet us. So where the waiting staff and chefs.they had gone to great effort to make it so special for him.they even brought out a birthday cake and they all sang happy birthday. My partner was completely taken back.and said he has never had such a wonderful birthday. In the morning the manager MR MABROUK was by the reception and he immediately came over to ask us if we enjoyed the evening. Later we went to the buffet restaurant for breakfast and the waiting staff took us to a table .again extremely friendly and efficient. In the evening there was a singer.which was very nice.we even got up to dance.i would like to give a big big thank you to a extremely hard working bar man which was mostly on his own behind the bar every night even taking drinks to tables.as well as serving behind the bar.he always had a big smile on his face very friendly. In the morning /lunchtime/evening the buffet restaurant you could eat inside or outside.which was really nice as the weather was fantastic. It is a very short walk to the white sandy beach.and after a few hours on the beach we would go to the beach bar and have a few drinks before getting ready for evening meal.they also got a fourth floor restaurant and bar Which again have fantastic views. again I would like to give a big big thank you to the extremely professional/friendly manager MR MABROUK that made our holiday perfect thank you

I enjoyed my time in Sossoue Place resort hotel. The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The cleaning lady Moufida is very tidy and I want to thank her for organising our mess. Alia made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you So much Rami for welcoming us with a friendly smile and thank you for giving us the best room. All staff in the restaurant are friendly and funny. I will definitely come back.

First couple of days was up and down. This was until we met the Manager mr Mabrouk the managers hotel who turned round every issues we had. Since his intervention we enjoyed every second of our stay. He is very calm spoken and listens to us. The food was good, rooms were perfect. The reception staff especially MR Rami was absolutely brilliant. Facilities in hotel we enjoyed very much. The restaurant staff always smiling which is good customer service. Anybody who wants to visit this hotel trust me you won’t be dissatisfied however if u have any issues or complaints talk directly to mr Mabrouk he will definitely help u. If it wasn’t for Mr Mabrouk we won’t have enjoyed our stay. Well done to him and we will definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazing the staff is amazing. Alia is very sweet and Abdul treated us amazingly. Customer service is great and your every need is catered for. All dietary requirements are met. Great hotel to go for to celebrate an occasion. Location is ideal everything is close by.

Well done to the great hotel I'm coming alone so I feel like with my family nice staffs nice hotel my room it's so clean I enjoy all the times morning and night with nice 🎹 in the bar . Warm weather nice beach and hot swimingpool really I enjoy it my stay at Sousse Palace 🌟

We had a great time here, its a wonderful hotel the food real nice is tasty nice spiced even good for vegetarians staff are really kind greatful and helpful and crouch from guest relations is really helpful then for a family or couples it’s perfect💞💞💞💞💞

The music played in the pool bar is too loud and contains bad language, this is offensive. Even though I requested they change it or turn off they kept putting it on. Music in Thea's Coffee Bar also too loud. At one point there was the commentary for the football. Background music and someone playing music on a "deck". This is an adults only holiday for many of us this means peace and quiet. Food served in the restaurant that should be hot (temperature) was cold. We would have loved to try the traditional dishes but a little more on the labels would have helpful. Printed information about the hotel, facilities and activities would have been helpful, we don't have a device to load the app on.

Amazing expérience with friends we spend one week like a dream 😜 The staff so friendly from the reception to the restaurants specially the staff of restaurant Must. We enjoy the weather the super beach ⛱️🏖️🏖️ Thanks for the cleaning lady our room everyday clean and decorated with flowers 🌺🌹🌹🌹🌹 We will come back soon
