スタッフはとても親切で、朝食も美味しかったです。 部屋に冷蔵庫が無いのが残念でした。

まあまあ。悪くない。 インドネシアの標準的なホテルです。 下にはショッピングモールがありますが、歩いて行けるほどのものは多くありません。向かい側にも同じような大きさのショッピングモールがあります。 向かい側のショッピングモールにはスーパーマーケットと食料品店しかありません。

数泊した後、ひどいアレルギー反応（じんましん）が出て、地元の病院に行かなければなりませんでした。別の階に部屋を移動したところ、じんましんはすぐに治まりました。エアコンの汚れやカビ、あるいは部屋自体の汚れが原因だったのではないかと考えています。ホテルサンティカメガシティのスタッフは、滞在中ずっと私の状況に配慮し、サポートしようと最善を尽くしてくれたと思います。サービスに関しては5つ星評価です。しかし、清潔さに関しては、清掃手順をさらに改善することを強くお勧めします。

深夜以降は食べ物の選択肢があまりありません。コンベンション センターでのイベントに参加する場合にのみ適しています。

清潔なホテルです。従業員、特にセキュリティチームのサービスは素晴らしかったです。滞在中、エアコンの調子が悪かったです。

部屋はとても清潔で、朝食もとても美味しく、メトロポリタン モールにとても近い良い立地でした。

I am very impressed with this hotel. I stayed here for 5 nights. On the first day, I got a room which was affected by external noise that came from the outdoor HVAC system bay. Because of this, I requested for a room change and they fulfilled that request promptly. This is the only hotel that provided 4 bottles of mineral waters every day. Amazing! The breakfast was also amazing with so much selections from indonesian, western and asean foods. This hotel is also located on a shopping mall, thus, it is very convenient to buy anything and go to restaurants. Thanks Hotel Santika, your staff have done a good job! Please give them annual bonus…hehehe
