飛行機到着時にフロントサービス時間を過ぎている旨を事前にメールで連絡し、レイトチェックインサービスを依頼してください。その時の返信では、到着前にお部屋の送迎手配についてお知らせすると約束していただきました。到着後、メールは返信されず、電話も応答されず、家族は午前 1 時に玄関で待っていましたが、最終的に別の宿泊先を見つけました。 、相手は謝罪するだけで宿泊料金の返金はしませんでした。

The location is good, just a short walk to city, to train station, to local store. Staff are very nice, I have especially happy that they were trying their best to let us checking in early since our long flight arrived in the morning. There were enough home appliances. We cooked quite a few times and it was great. Washing machine is fine. The roof top swimming pool looks good. However, I think the place could be a little cleaner, especially the shower area. There are some mould on the wall and the shower head. Door handle is broken. On the other hand, there are quite some dust on the table, floor is a little bit sticky. The air conditioner is mouldy too, bed sheet has some stains, some of the pillow cases are a bit grey like the colour of dust. So in general I think a lot could be improved, especially on hygiene.

Fasilitas sangat lengkap, bersih, nyaman, berasa di rumah sendiri, pemandangan dan tata ruang setiap kamarnya menyenangkan, saya rasa soda pilihan terbaik. Untuk tamu jangan lupa membaca ketentuan tentang jam buka resepsionis karena tdk buka 24 jam. Harus perjanjian dulu jika mau datang diluar jam operasional petugas

The property was clean, comfortable and affordable close to transportation cafes and restaurants just a lot of construction going on in South Brisbane may effect the quality of your stay

I checked in on friday afternoon, that was the last i saw of anyone the office was closed all weekend, i asked for information about local stuff ( re : hotel brocure) and was told they dont do that, they werent open for help with a taxi , it was advertised there was a gym but i looked for one and not there, if your looking for a hotel with front desk help or communication this is not the place but clean and comfortable except the pool water was cloudy and i slipped as i couldnt see the bottom.

Found our room unclean. Pea nut shells and a hair clip on floor. Lots of dust every where and generally grubby. Seemed pointless complaining as saw earlier reviews havent changed things. Fan broke in room, light on balcony not working. No trays for the oven. Batteries dead in extractor controller Another disappointment was the three new towers that have been built blocking the city view we had paid for. Yet pictures still show this view on booking sites.Especially the girl in the pool at night time !! Overall a disappointing stay

Location was fantastic. Apartment is so open and clean. I absolutely loved the balcony. Only downfall…no housekeeping service. Otherwise, super great. I’ll stay here again

No vaccuum to clean. A broken 1 in the cupboard but apparently they no longer provide them. Instead you are expexted to use an old brush coated with other peoples hair and dust to clean the carpets. No table on balcony. 2 dining chairs springs broken so fall through. No undersheet for the bed and the top sheet wasnt even big enough for the bed. Crockery in poor condition. Ac only in 1 bedroom making it very uncomfortable to sleep. And major building works next door means you get woken at 530am anyway . Would never stay here again. They clearly dont care or take pride else these issues would have been resolved having been raised by previous guests.
