I would highly recommend. I loved all the reading material throughout the house and spent two evening reading in one of the spaces set aside for just that. Good and healthy breakfast with a kick-ass blueberry coffee cake each morning. Location does not get any better as we walked the beach in the morning. I hated to leave.

My parents stayed here for their anniversary and had a wonderful experience. I called the hotel and asked management if they could put a bottle of champagne and a bouquet of flowers in the room as a surprise. They were excited to do so and sent a nice picture of how everything was arranged. My parents were surprised, and said it was such a great way to end their stay in South Haven. Thank you Yelton Manor!!

Everything is great! This is our third time staying and it is certainly top shelf. Large room, comfortable beds, convenient location, great hosts and food. Nothing to complain about and I'm pretty picky. Definitely exceeded expectations. Parking is a bit tight but in this part of S. Haven, parking is a premium.

I would rate 4.5 stars if that was an option. We loved our stay. Main house and guest house were very clean. the owners are hard workers and easy to talk to. Breakfast was delicious, it’s supposed to be served 8-10am. On our first morning, Victoria overslept and came out at 9am to cook. We were not on a schedule, so it didn’t bother us and these things can happen sometimes…There’s a little store around the corner that sells alcohol and ice. It’s a short walk to the beach and you can see a little bit of the water from the house. We stayed in the Avery Beach room in the guest house. There is pretty stained glass above the bed and it lets in a lot of light. We could not get our room dark enough at night. The main floor felt nice and cool, but our room on 2nd floor was very warm. There was a fan in the room though, so that helped. There is one mirror in the bathroom, no mirror in bedroom. No toothpaste provided.

Man oh man is this place fantastic! Room was great, staff could not be more friendly/helpful, and the breakfasts were on point) gluten/dairy free options for my better half). Brownies, homemade carmels, Bundt cake, and Lindt truffle snacks too. Hosts and staff felt like family.

I am a person who never writes a review, but I can't let this go without being said. My husband and I took my son and wife for a well needed getaway so we chose Yelton Manor. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner who was very rude. She went over the list of rules and told us if we did not follow all the rules we would be asked to leave. These rules were anywhere from don't forget the entry code or you will not be let back in, don't eat in the bed, no cooked leftover food in your room or you will be asked to leave. The list goes on. When we met with other guests, the topic of conversation was the attitude of the owner. One guest said she was treated like a 5 year old when it came to explaining all the rules. The rooms were dark and cold. We could not control the temperature in the room. At one time, I am sure, the gardens outside were beautiful, but now it is overgrown and needed attention. Be aware, before booking at Yelton Manor

We loved our stay at Yelton Manor!! Victoria and her husband are just the best!! Very helpful and gracious! The rooms are wonderful comfortable and cozy!! Close to beach biking trails and town. I would highly recommend staying here!! Thank you for a charming stay.

Our two-day stay couldn't have been more delightful. The interior was stunning, our room was large, tidy, and cozy. We got the romance package and we loved the roses and enjoyed the wine and chocolate-covered strawberries. Breakfast offered a variety of options and was customized to our liking. I have loved every moment of this experience and if given the chance, i would book to stay here once again.

Everything we hoped for. Welcoming and friendly staff and owners. Room was great enjoyed the patio and conversations with other guests. Breakfast Burrito was the best ever had! Planning return! !
