サービスはとても良かったですが、建物の構造なのか部屋の隅が清潔感に欠けたり、虫が出たりと不快に感じてしまう部分はありました。スタッフの方はとても良い方々でした。

初めてジャカルタに滞在しましたが、ホテルは清潔でとても過ごしやすかったです。朝食もいつも笑顔で迎えてくださり、ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。また利用したいとおもいます。

狭くて清潔感いまいちでした。男性は我慢できるかもしれませんが、水回り等含めて女性には厳しいです。日本人には向いていません

設備・備品でちょっとした不具合がありましたが、連絡すると素早く対応してくれました。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで感じがよく、日本人だと判ると日本語で挨拶したり話しかけてくれるスタッフもいて嬉しかったです。ジャカルタの南部～中央にアクセスしやすく、ホテルの前にバス停もあります。日本人でバスを利用される方は少ないかもしれませんが、我々は行きたい方面のルートもあって便利だなと感じました。

清潔で広々としていて、整頓されていました。サービスは温かく丁寧で、朝食もボリュームたっぷりで、文句のつけようがありませんでした。（写真と動画はエグゼクティブルームのものです。）

先日、ベランダホテル・パクブウォノに宿泊し、総じて快適な滞在を堪能しました。南ジャカルタの中心部に位置し、快適さ、スタイリッシュさ、そして利便性が完璧に調和したホテルです。ショッピングセンター、レストラン、主要ビジネスエリアに近いという絶好のロケーションも魅力です。ここから市内を移動するのも簡単で、効率的かつ快適な旅となりました。スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。チェックインからチェックアウトまで、常に笑顔で、親身になって対応してくれました。彼らのサービスに心から歓迎されていると感じました。部屋は清潔で居心地が良く、よく手入れされていました。ベッドは快適で、アメニティもビジネスにもレジャーにも十分なものでした。特に、賑やかなエリアにありながら、静かで落ち着いた雰囲気が気に入りました。
