Room was too dark; trouble finding things in our suitcase; room has in adequate lighting fixtures; old fashioned tired old style hotel; drove our pick up truck and there was not room to park in in the crowded parking lot; parking lot is designed to maximize spaces but takes away proper egress and room to manuever. Bed was only average; I needed help on my reservation and I asked two different people at the front desk; neither could help me nor did they seem like they cared; I felt like I bothered them. Not a very happy place considering their in the business of catering to people on vacation. the room was clean;

Very nice stay. Great value, fantastic customer service, comfortable room and very comfortable bed. Biggest gripe was the very minimal grab-and-go breakfast, which consisted of a few prepackaged pastries and crumbly granola bars, and a keurig for tea/coffee. Managers reception M-Th 4-6pm is a nice perk for weekday visitors. Hotel location is nice, not a bad walk to the Heavenly gondola or the lake, great variety of dining inside ~10min.

This is exactly what I expected (hot and a cot). The room was clean. The shower was phenomenal. Slept like a baby. I parked the truck right outside our door. I would highly recommend this place for a mid range hotel in Tahoe.

This is a great property it’s affordable and clean. The beds are comfortable and you can walk to heavenly village and the staff is really nice. You can also walk to the light and watch the sunset.

Please don't count on half the amenities that ******* (or their website) lists. The breakfast is not a thing; there is no bar on-site, and plenty of other small things added up to a weird experience here. If I hadn't been misled, this would have been a better stay.

Staff was friendly. The lobby was so quaint and welcoming. We had a King room which was a bit small but perfect for what I needed. The rooms were modern, well decorated and also clean.

I like the location of the hotel. It is conveniently located near Heavenly and there are a few good restaurants within walking distance (e.g. Lotus Pho was really good). The lobby was very comfortable (there were people hanging out at breakfast time and on Friday night when they had a movie night) and the front desk people were friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was decent as well.

We loved our stay at station house! It was very comfortable and welcoming. We were so close to the stateline so all the shops and restaurants were in walking distance! We’ll definitely be returning :) also our 1 year old had a blast running around in the room and climbing all over the lounge chair

Property is charming and clean. Room decor is modern. Has nice fire pits, small swimming (closed for winter), jacuzzi, and on-site restaurant (didn't try the restaurant). Free light breakfast in the lobby 7-10am (oatmeal, coffee, tea, cocoa, granola bars, but no eggs). Friendly front desk staff. Decent WiFi and on-site parking. Easy to walk to Heavenly Village and nearby stores. Bathroom had problem with heat lamp turning off after a few minutes and each light came with a noisy fan--no way to light the bathroom without the noise. Would be happy to stay there again.
