ホテル エレベーション(Hotel Elevation)

The hotel's electric kettle is broken, the hair dryer is broken, the toilet can't be flushed, and the lights in the toilet keep flashing, like a ghost in a movie! Never been to a hotel with such poor facilities! I will definitely not go to this hotel again next time! 😵😵😵😵

I booked a 1 night stay so i didnt have to drive early to get to the slopes. Great price and i knew what comes with that. This did not dissapoint or it did ha ha. Service was great. I got there around 945 and called the number and was met in a minute to check me in. The room is dilapidated. The sink faucet only had cold water blasting with no way to change it because it was broken. The sheets had stains on the outers. The bed was not too shabby and it had a great view of the lake. It seamed as if people were living long term and there were kids running up and down the halls till midnight. Then at some early hour people were banging on the next rooms door for a long while until someone answered and they argued for a few minutes.

Was skeptical to stay here because of the reviews they have on yelp, however my stay was good. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. The only thing that I would say needs improvement would be the shower. It’s pretty small and stained because of how old it is (I’m assuming). Other than that, my stay was nice and I would come back again

The outward appearance wasn't terrible as I arrived at what should be named MOTEL Elevation. When I went to the lobby there was no one inside and it appeared abandoned. The doorbell didn't work and a hand written note that was taped to the door was asking me to call a phone number for assistance. After a few minutes a man emerged from a nearby room and told me to come back later because the rooms weren't clean. To be fair, I was 3 hours early (check in was at 4). Upon returning I was able to check in at the sp****ly furnished lobby. The staff I met including the first man were friendly and approachable. I had to drop my stuff in the room upon checking in and leave. I did not return until after 2 am. There was no parking and part of that due to a 30 foot box truck parked sideways in the lot in front of the office, taking 6 spaces. I abandoned my vehicle at the entrance half in the landscaping and made my way to my room. Once inside I found no towels and stains on the comforter. In the AM I showered, the bathroom looked to be from around 1994, which was the most unappealing part of the stay. The shower was great because the hot water worked well, which I did not expect at this point. Check out was smooth and I really have nothing else to say other than this stay was DEFINITELY not worth the $250 (with tax and fees) price for one night.

The room was spotless and smelled clean but is in dire need of a makeover. The ceiling had water stains and unpainted spackling. The bathroom door mirror must have been ripped off exposing the glue. The walls also had exposed spackling and none of the appliances were plugged in. They should not charge people to stay in a room of this condition.

We didn’t stay. We walked in and walked out. Mold on the ceiling shower. Toilets were dirty with poop stains. Hair on the floor. Many holes in the walls. The bathroom ceiling was was poorly unfinished with just spackling no paint. Every baseboard was completely dirty. When we got there a women was complaining about her room smelling like pee. Wanted her money back. The mangers were on the phone disrespecting her saying “they didn’t know why she was complaining it was fine”. We are in the midst of trying to get our money back…and they charged us a pet fee for our service animal.

It seems the hotel has been under a new management. Could make it much better!

The man at the front desk and Indian guy was so rude. He never told me the price of the hotel and I got charged double then what the website said. He then began to say I was “crazy” and I need to “use my brain”. I am only 19 years old so I felt very harassed.

I lived here before. The place is pretty nice and the price is the best.
