Pretty location Friendly and helpful staff Comfy bed, room was spacious With a bath but no shower in our room We both enjoyed a delicious evening meal In the restaurant All in all we enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the Coach House Inn we will return again

Stayed for one night as a stop over on our trip. The room was comfortable and clean and great to have complimentary still and sparkling water alongside the tea and coffee. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. Such a nice old style pub feel too. The breakfast was really delicious! Would stay again!

I knew this was a pub with rooms, and I wasn't expecting a lot, however, we were really surprised, as it was very comfortable and clean. There was a bath, which we both loved, it was lovely and warm and the breakfast was the best one we have had on our trip, staying at a couple of places. I would go back.

All the charms of a country inn. Welcoming staff and locals, cosy bar with log fires and good quality beers & wines. The menu was varied enough without being fussy. The food well cooked. We stayed for 3 nights over new year and due to the cold weather Emma kindly moved us to a warmer room. Much appreciated. Excellent location for exploring the area especially for those like us new to the area. A credit to Emma & her team.

A great friendly place with the personal touch. Super breakfasts! Very well located for Rutland Water and the surrounding area. Flexible when we changed our booking. The room was attended every day together with a refresh of coffee, tea and water.

Nice room - just nice and comfortable for me and my dog. Lovely touch providing nibbles for dog. One thing missing was milk for tea/coffee. Friendly staff and lovely Sunday roast!! ! would thoroughly recommend.

Clean and comfortable room, bathroom was tired, WiFi was rubbish. Very good food, excellent and friendly service. Good for a night’s stopover.

Just a lovely village Inn. Food is fabulous. Good soundtrack to with a bubbling bar full of friendly locals.

We stayed at The Coach House Inn for three nights. We arrived early on a Friday afternoon and was greeted by Ollie, who was extremely helpful and friendly. Sitting on a comfy sofa in the bar, drinking coffee, we were struck by the coziness and the friendly locals. The bed was really comfy and we had a good night's sleep. The morning greeted us with a great breakfast, cooked by Emma; I cannot remember a nicer full English. If you stay, do try the homemade marmalade! The house keeping ladies were so friendly and accommodating.
