Main swimming pool floor needs repair and itd be nice if they had a machine to make change to be able to do laundry since they dont have change up front at the front desk. The overall stay was great and its in a awesome location to easily access the beach from the pool. The staff was super nice and had great suggestions for the family to go eat and fun activities to do around the area. It was a awesome experience.

Local free transportation! Breakfast was excellent every morning. Room and halls clean.! Easy check in and out . Beach front was great for the morning walk.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Room and all common areas were clean and well maintained. Comfortable and a great value. Highly recommend!

Will make this my favorite place to stay at the island. You really dont have to leave once you stay there. Rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Staff is amicable throughout your stay whether checking in, dining in or making conversation. Items in their store are fairly priced and you have Starbucks drinks available! Food specials and military discounts were a plus. Pool wasnt available due to remodeling but the beach front view made up for it. I really loved this place.

Even though it was cold we still had a wonderful time , I think this is the cleanest hotel on the island everywhere we looked someone was cleaning something ! Only hotel we stayed at in a long time that we could run around Bearfoot without you feet sticking to the floor

Apparently there was an issue with the pool/hot tub. I was not informed.....several other guests checking in were stating the same thing. The assistant manager was rude, would not upgrade, eventhough I offered to pay, was not even offering for me to pay the difference, he just plain said "I can't do anything for you". Asked to speak to the manager, she was not on duty, was promised a phone call or chance to talk with her on check-out.....which did not happened. The hotel was very nice, but the staff and the unwillingness to accommodate us (with a 7yr old child) was something that will keep me from EVER staying there again.

Our room was very spacious and had a fridge and microwave with a side terrace door which was fenced in, where our little boy could run. The pool was being renovated, but they gave us access to three other hotels (Hilton, Courtyard and Rose) where you can drive to and use their pools. It was very close to the beach and had a store in the front with a Starbucks and a little bar/restaurant in the back. The breakfast was really good!

Hotel is freshly painted/updated and looks nice. Unfortunately the bed and pillows are a little hard. We were on the first floor and it was a little noisy but not enough to keep us awake.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great, had omlets as well as breakfast tacos along with normal continental breakfast foods. Price was very reasonable as well. Would definitely stay again.
