Although the front desk staff were nice and helpful our room was another matter. We did not have wash cloths, the sink was stained with I don't know what, the sheets, although clean, had stains on one of the beds (we didn't use the other bed so don't know how they were). The T.V. remote did not work a few times and the hot water for a shower was VERY minimal. The rinse off shower in the parking lot was warmer than the room shower! Then there was all the loud music at the pool, we didn't even dare to go there! And also people blaring their music while walking past the rooms, NO CONSIDERATION for others!!!

The hotel room is big. The location is excellent with its own beach access. The breakfast was nice. The parking is free. The breakfast attendant ( the gentleman) was very welcoming and enthusiastic. He made waffles for us. We only stayed for one night. Overall, for what we paid for a night, we enjoyed our time at the hotel and at the beach.

This hotel really needs to get refurbish，room is not clean and smell not so good. Air condition is very loud and the bathroom door cannot be closed.

One of our rooms was not cleaned when we arrived. When we asked for our rooms to be cleaned they did not clean them and left sheets in a bag in front of our door for one room. When we asked the front desk why, they said they did not know what house keeping does.

The motel could use an update. Our room was clean but the bathroom was out of date and as a result grout was missing on some tiles. The toilet was functional but again in need of an upgrade. My biggest gripe is with quiet time. Many motel guests seemed to be inconsiderate of others wanting to sleep. This included playing loud music past 1AM from boom boxes and from parked cars with rolled down windows. Also lots of loud talking outside guests doors past 1AM almost every night. The entry doors on all the rooms are missing the bottom gaskets which would reduce some of the noise. One plus for this motel is the morning breakfast staff. They were very helpful and some were quite entertaining, which made for a great start to the day.

I recently stayed at Ramada in South Padre Island, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The hotel was very noisy, which made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The room itself felt neglected — there were no basic toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, or even soap provided, which was quite surprising. The furniture is clearly outdated, and several items were worn out or broken, giving the space an overall run-down feel. Breakfast was another letdown. The options were extremely limited — mainly a couple of cereal choices, some pastries, and waffles. However, there were huge lines just to use the waffle makers, making it inconvenient and time-consuming. On top of that, the breakfast area was overcrowded, with not nearly enough tables to accommodate guests. Overall, this stay felt more frustrating than comfortable, and I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Very friendly and professional staff. Continental breakfast included. Great personal keep the organization and cleaning break room.
