コンファィ - ステイズ - ローワー オーシャン ロード(Comfy-Stays - Lower Ocean Road)

I was on a weekend visit to South Shields to visit my mum. I booked a room through ***********. Before I arrived at the building I had received all the information I needed to gain access. The hotel is easy to locate and, being on Ocean Road, there are plenty of restaurants and takeaways to choose from. There is a Morrison's nearby and the beach is a 10 minute walk away. The hotel has a games room (pool table and machines are free to use) and a fully equipped kitchen for coffee/tea. My room (double with ensuite) , though not large, was perfect for me. Really comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, fluffy towels and complimentary shower gel and shampoo. The shower was easy to use, lovely and hot. I will definitely book Comfy Stays for my next visit. The name of the hotel describes my stay perfectly.

The house is on ocean road with a plethora of eating establishments from breakfast through to dinner from a variety of countries so you won't go without food staying there! the house itself is big, tastefully decorated and furnished and the rooms are beautiful. dog friendly and good sized rooms. no tea and coffee making in room but there is a shared kitchen with thise as well as cooking facilities, utensils, plates etc. in a great location only afew 100 yards from south marine park and a cafe in there and not much further to arbeia the roman Fort. also very close to the sea front. would absolutely stay again!

Tastefully decorated very modern and clean but the security system awkward to access entry. No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, meaning you need get dressed each time to access a hot drink. Bedroom very small with not enough plug sockets or storage. Sweaky floorboards and bathroom door, also noisy heating system. Room was very dark not enough light. Woken at 4am by someone not been able gain entry on loudspeaker to access the property.

We stayed in room one it was absolutely lovely comfortable and spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen and free games room were an added bonus to our stay .I couldn't fault anything about this place .we will definitely be returning .
