Beautiful hotel. Loved the food, the open air jacuzzi, pool, flower meadow and the service. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful interior design, excellent personal service, exceptional Spa on the roof, great location, a rich breakfast and a quite relaxing atmosphere. Most recomended! Luxury hotel! However, the mattress wasn't comfortable enough for this hotel standard, although new and very big :-( thst wad the only negative point.

i really enjoyed our stay by Planlim. Very nice location close by the center and the Ski slopes. I lovely breakfast and a very hospitable and professiona staff. Our family 2 adults and a sun of 13 and a daughter from 15 also enjoyed the outdoor drinks on thursday and the "piano man condert" on friday evening,

The family owned business was great and very welcoming. The ski room was well equipped and especially liked the boot warmers. The spa area had a hot tub, steam room, and a sauna with a view of the mountains. I recommend the Planlim highly and will be back.

So, it’s hard to go wrong in Ortisei, the perfect town where the everything is spectacularly gorgeous. But even so, this place stands out. The service is impeccable, the breakfast is lovely, the rooms are beautiful…but the spa. We need to talk about the spa. I’m obsessed with spas - I will never forget this one. Overlooking Ortisei and the mountains while outside in the hot tub, while lounging on a comfy chair on the deck, while sitting in the gorgeous sauna - it’s all so lovely. The meditation room, the relaxation room (that comes with a Japanese rock foot path!), and the steam room are also so first class. They even have a drink machine so you can have your choice of beverage while you lounge. Perfection.

Boutique Hotel Planlim is, quite simply, a delight. From the carefully curated hotel finishes to the exemplary personalised service, the Demetz family - Eugenio, Bernadette, Julian and Linda - have created a luxurious home away from home you won’t want to leave. Prior to check-in, guests are asked to share their ‘holiday preferences’ including special dietary requests (which magically appear at the breakfast bar) and are provided with thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants (don’t miss Wine Bar Zirm) and a digital compendium covering everything you need to prepare for your stay in the Dolomites. Breakfast is a feast and Ingrid’s attentive questioning that ‘everything is fine?’ is met with ‘everything is perfect’ by every guest. The third floor Sky Terrace and wellness centre features a Finnish sauna, steam room, outdoor jacuzzi, infrared beds, space for peaceful meditation, and spectacular views over the valley. Sunset from the spa is incredible. Need a barber? Sorted. A dinner reservation? Done. Alpine activities booked? But of course. The ever-smiling and multi-lingual Demetz family are genuinely lovely hosts with the most. Truly. You will love them, and their exceptional boutique hotel.

We cannot say enough great things about this boutique hotel. Firstly, the staff from the front desk to the restaurant were excellent in every respect. Every interaction with them made you feel appreciated as a customer/guest. The location was excellent but it was a bit of uphill climb from the pedestrian only shopping area and the two lifts. The hotel property was modern and very well maintained. The grounds were beautiful with lawn chairs and tables to enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and pastures. The view from the rooftop hot tub was expansive . The breakfast was very varied and delicious. Lots of parking on the property. We had room 301 which was the only room on the 3rd floor. It was large, comfortable and quiet. It was not inexpensive but we felt we got good value for the money as we were there for 6 nights. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the Val Gardena region.

My fiancé and I booked 4 rooms at Boutique Hotel Planlim for our family of 12 so that we could get married on the Seceda Mountain Ridgeline. We travel quite often, and let me tell you, this is the best accommodation we have ever stayed at. The serene location, cleanliness, upscale rooms, assorted breakfast, staff, views, and spa amenities were incredible. Bernadette goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need, and she even offers to lend you a jacket and phone charger. The hotel staff even surprised my husband and I with a gift after our wedding ceremony. They even packed us a breakfast bag for an early train we had to catch. We were so sad to leave this PERFECT place!

We loved everything about the property . Very newly done with top class finish . The hospitality of the owners is amazing . Breakfast is very nice . Spa is very modern and nice . We highly recommend this place and if we back again for a winter feel here we will be here
