ノボテルはメルボルン市内最大のアウトレットのすぐ隣にあり、近くには多くのレストランやバーがありますが、トラムの駅や市内中心部からは少し離れていますが、居心地の良い滞在場所です。

メルボルンの5つ星ホテルのみ使い捨てスリッパが設置されている場合がある・深夜のチェックインは不便・ホテルのフロントは5階にあるためフロントに電話してドアを開けてもらう必要がある。とにかくこの値段で選択肢はかなり多く、少し値段を上げても市内のハイアットやシェラトンクラウンに行く価値はありますし、交通も便利です。ノボテルはアコー傘下のホテルであること以外何のメリットもなく、大コケです。 。 。 。 。

ひどいハウスキーピング。新しいトイレタリー（シャンプー、ボディウォッシュ、コンディショナー）は与えられませんでした。使用済みのスプーンは交換されず、洗面器を掃除しませんでした。

The hotel and the staff was superb!!! Breakfast was good for the price of your room. The only thing for me, Our mattress one side had sunk in so It was not comfy for us when sleep.
