I booked with orbitz 125.29 . When I checked in , hotel system is down . They said didn't see my booking . They tried to check me in by other reservations. Finally , system back . They found my check in reference with Orbitz, but still charge me 147.40 . The manager said they will refund but it still charge me . I contact Orbitz, representative call Hapmton and the manager said I book the reservation through their website . But I never did . So I need Hampton refund 147.40 for me . Your system down cause so many problem to me and said I book with your website. It took 20 minutes for that checked in . Horrrible
