"I highly recommend Grand Apartments. The rooms are clean, and there's a fully equipped kitchenette. And most importantly, the prices are competitive compared to other accommodations in Spindleruv Mlyn. I highly recommend it! There's absolutely nothing to complain about. Peace and quiet despite being in the very center of the city. Plus, the meals at V Uličce, including the "Dish of the Day" (two-course menu), are fantastically priced and very delicious. I highly recommend it!"

"We stayed for 3 nights on half board basis in a family room with two kids and my mum to celebrate her 70th birthday. The good points are helpful and friendly staff, good spa services. But that’s probably it. The bad: The worst was the food. Unless you love red meat and dumplings, eat elsewhere. We were starving every night, as there were no other options other than red meat, red meat and more red meat. The swimming pool was not clean. The so called cardio zone is in a dark corner of the spa area with no wifi. Wifi overall in the hotel is poor. You will struggle to connect if you don’t have an iphone. Decor of the room is ok, but could do with updatIng. The hotel mainly caters for German pensioners coach tours or families with little kids. I would not return. "

According to the hotel manager, Mr. Tůma, you need to ask about the reliability of the internet in advance and take into account possible outages due to weather, even though hotels with stable high-speed internet are quite common in the immediate vicinity. In this case, the speed is 0-9 Mb/s. If you need to work while on vacation, I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Rychlost a stabilita internetu neodpovídá roku 2025, proklamované kvalitě hotelu a jeho umístění v centru města. Podle manažera hotelu pana Tůmy je třeba se na spolehlivost internetu zeptat předem a vzít v úvahu možné s výpadky z důvodu počasí, a to i přesto, že v bezprostředním okolí jsou hotely se stabilním vysokorychlostním internetem naprosto běžné. V tomto je rychlost 0-9 Mb/s. Pokud potřebujete na dovolené i pracovat, tento hotel rozhodně nedoporučuji."

"This was a lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were half board and had a buffet breakfast and dinner both of which were very good quality food, all made in the restaurant. It was kept very clean and fresh. The family suite had a separate room with two single beds, both rooms were spacious and had a balcony. It is situated in the main town and music could be heard faintly, did not keep us awake after a day of skiing and the location meant we were only a 10 minute walk away from the slopes. Beautiful spa area, highly recommend."

"Spent 4 nights here. Good location within walking distance of local town. Lots of opportunities for hiking close by. We had a spacious room on the 3rd floor with lots of storage space. Nicely decorated and views of the mountains. Breakfast selection was a bit limited compared to some other hotels, but had the basics. We ate in the restaurant 2 evenings as the food was so tasty."
