Lovely, fantastic situated appartment with kind owners. Can recommend it. Also suitable for travelers with little kids.

Great luxurious apartment, the jacuzzi on the roof was awesome!

If you are traveling with small children, stay away. The apartment was big and ok (bit untidy though) by itself, but music bar behind the wall was totally a disaster. Loud music, people talking until late and again from 7 a.m. Impossible to get proper sleep and naps for a baby. We booked for 2 weeks but left after two days, couldn’t take it any longer. Paid over 1600€ and got nothing back, as no one else ever complained… Good service? Wouldn’t say so.

The room was nice, comfortable bed, bedding and bathroom facilities. We mainly wanted to stay here for the hot tub. Unfortunately it was old and the cover was left off, meaning the water was always cold when we wanted to use it. About 20 minute walk into Split centre, good supermarket and restaurants nearby.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Please do no stay here if you are a family/couple or want to sleep. This is like at 18-25's hotel with parties and loud music every night. The hotel is unattended for most of the day, particularly at night and so they have no control over the guests. Whilst we were there was loud parties, music, people banging around and we were unable to sleep. We complained about this the next day and the staff confirmed that the group of young people were in the hot tub playing loud music up until 4am. We asked for a refund for our remaining two nights so we could find somewhere else to stay but were refused this. Staff said they would resolve the issue but the next two nights were exactly the same. We again complained and were offered a free drink at the bar which really didn't come close to compensating our lack of sleep over three nights of our holiday and generally feeling really uncomfortable in the hotel. The rooms are shabby and grubby and in need of redecorating. Our room was not cleaned or sheets/towels changed at all during our 7 night stay. The location is quite far from the old town and there are not many bars or food places nearby. The wifi is terrible, couldn't even load pictures on websites. The lady on reception seems nice but was unable to offer any support to our complaints and just passed on a message from the owner which was rude and unhelpful. I really cannot think of a positive thing to say about this hotel.

The hotel is left unoccupied by staff almost all of the time, other than the morning to lunchtime, meaning the staff have no control over the guests in the evening/night time. We experienced issues with noise late at night and complained to the staff. We asked if we could have a refund for our two remaining nights so that we could stay somewhere else but this was refused. We were promised that the issue with noise would be resolved but the hotel was again unattended by staff the two following nights and the issue was exactly the same. We again complained and were offered a free drink in the hotel bar, which really didn't come close to compensating the noise and our lack of sleep over three nights of our holiday. The location of the hotel isn't great, it's quite a way out from the old town and there isn't much to do near by with little bars or restaurants. An Uber to the old town is around £6. The cleanliness of the hotel is pretty poor. The rooms are in need of an update and are pretty shabby and grubby with dirty marks on the walls. Our room was not cleaned at all over the 7 nights we stayed there and we were not provided with any clean sheets or towels. Even the wifi was poor, we couldn't even load pictures on websites. The lady on reception seemed nice enough but passed on a really rude and unhelpful message from the owner when we complained about the noise. I really don't have anything positive to say about this hotel unfortunately and would not recommend it to any couples/families or just anyone that generally wants to sleep!

If you wanna stay here you can but it need a lot of updates. The rooms need to be renovated. A lot of mold in the shower. No kitchen towel to dry thinks in the kitchen. Tv only works in the bedroom not in the living room. Pool was nice but did not had sun. It is heated but could be more heated. The jacuzzi is lovely but needs maintenance only two sides of the jets are working and it defiantly needs a good clean out. You can reach the town by walking in 20 min. There are two really nice restaurants Tortuga and Maestro really awesome.

Thank you for 4 great days. Even though this is not a hotel you feel the welcoming charm from the owners. Great service- and great location. A nice walk to Split passing the tennis courts and beach clubs. All communication is on whats app but it really work. The small pool was a nice break from the busy but lovely Split. The terrace has a great view and you feel like you have it all by yourself. Coffee was in the cafe in the same building- only minus was that breakfast was not available. But there is plenty of options near by.

Excellent appartments in a quiet area. The breakfast fantastic and the host very assisting.
