Good value for money stay near to Split ferry port and harbour. The rooms are in the eighth and tenth floor of a tower block so I would not stay here with children as the windows didn’t have any restraints on the openings. Whilst the bathroom was lovely we had no hot water which was a pain after a long, warm day.

The View is in a great location for exploring the Old Town. It's also very close to the beach. The rooms are small, but furnished to a high standard. The view from breakfast and choice of continental options was very good. Staff also very friendly with good local knowledge. The only downsides were... Very small towels; and some with holes in them. We've experienced similar sized towels elsewhere on our holiday and so maybe it's a Croatian thing?!? My husband also wished the breakfast items had been refreshed more regularly. Although loved the coffee! Would definitely recommend and consider using as a base again if exploring the local area.

Great location, just minutes from the port, the riva and the old town. Friendly staff. Great size rooms (big bathrooms and more than enough space to store suitcases in the room without making the room feel cramped). Decent breakfast, with good selection of cheeses, salamis, fruits and veggies, and eggs upon request. Slight issues with the water temperature - very difficult to find a middle ground between boiling and cold. Air con temperature in the room was set centrally - meant it was too cold for us with the AC on, and too warm with it off. But overall, good value!

Lovely place, not to difficult to find as some reviews suggest. Staff very friendly, breakfast good and location is good. 5-10 min walk from the town and port. Ideal for a night before heading to Hvar/ other islands. One small issue was only a sheet on the bed, there were blankets/quilt in the wardrobe, but no sheet to put the quilt inside.

This is basically an apartment building in a very busy area of Split. The area did not look very safe with nearly every building having graffiti on the walls. The location was good though near old town Split. Also, the room that we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures on here! From the photos you think you’re right next to the ocean but there are dozens of city blocks in between that they’re not showing on that image! Either way. The water view is not of a beach, but rather a busy port full of commercial ships. Not a pleasant/peaceful view.

we turned up to this building site and had to climb over cement mixers etc, it was an actual building site, the lifts were not even finished, i actually cannot believe that this was listed as a property as it was completely unsafe, i will be making a complaint as it was out of order to send anyone here, it just wouldnt be allowed in the UK, hard hats should have been provided it was that bad!

Christina went above and beyond to give us helpful information and to ensure we were well looked after!
