ホテル ザグレブ(Hotel Zagreb)

Great location near city bus. Nice hotel but some services not operating due to off-season. Good breakfast, broken showerhead in bathroom.

The hotel has potential to be a nice place BUT ... the first thing that you encounter when entering the lobby is the moldy, musty smell. The lady at reception was pleasant at check in. It went downhill quickly from there. The corridors are dark leading to the elevator. The room was poorly cleaned when we entered. The previous customer bill was still on the desk. Dried blood spot on the sheets. Spots on the carpet and walls. The trash can was not emptied from the previous person. The bathroom is tiny. The shower was like using a garden hose. Poor water pressure and the holes of shower head are clogged. GROSS!!! Is the only word to describe this place.

We chose this hotel as a one night stay as we’re on our way to Dubrovnik. This hotel is far from main harbour, is about 15-20 min drive and an Uber will cost you roughly £8 one way. When we got here we checked into our room. It was very very basic but had a nice view as we chose a sea view. We asked for a second duvet as it was quite cold but the reception guy said there is no one in house keeping until Morning so he couldn’t give us anything. The duvet was very thin. I got cold during the night and would never stay here again. The breakfast was ok nothing great. They had buffet and some yogurt, bread and other continental things. I didn’t enjoy it. The main city centre is quite far and wouldn’t recommend unless you have a car

Hotel was absolutely terrible. Old, smelly, the walls and floors were dirty, the toilet was not renovated at least for 30 years. I was literally there for 15 minutes and then I decided to change the hotel. It is not worth any money. The personel was nice and really helpful tho.

The staff was really nice, hotel is in quiet place and one can have a good sleep but still close to the beach and other things. Also the room was clean and food is delicious. Would definitely come back! :)

Great check-in guy, smooth and quick. Great parking directly out front. Nice balcony room. Elevator was a plus. It's an old Soviet style that would use a facelift. Good Wifi. Good A/C. Nice balcony lots of wall outlets, Bathroom semi-updated. Good breakfast with plenty to choose from. I would return. Dan

Unterkunft war okay. Leider gab es nun Frühstück, keine Abendessen oder ein vernünftiges Bistro im Haus.

Bien pour un passage d'une nuit, hôtel correct, propre mais sans charme, en rapport avec le prix payé. Réception sympathique
