Amazing staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They all made me feel very welcome, which is nice when you are on a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable with a great bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold items to choose from and, again, the staff was really on top of things. Great downtown location. I would book this hotel again.

The location was convenient. Room was small. Breakfast hours great but the food was lack luster.

Front desk was very helpful in answering questions. Responsive to low inventory items for breakfast.

We always stay here when we visit our daughter Gonzaga University. Great place!!!

It was clean and nicely renovated. Beds were comfortable and good breakfast. Washrooms met expectations.

The area just a few minutes up the road is homeless central. A lot of homeless and drug problems just up the road, didn’t realize until we came from a different direction that it was just a couple minutes from where we were staying. As for the hotel, I was quit disappointed with what the perception was compared to reality. The hotel was an 8.6 out of 10 which is why I booked it. But it’s no different than your typical hotel. The hotel is old but had some new stuff done to it so it’s not the fanciest hotel, and the breakfast was alright. Absolutely no variety, just the same thing every day. Definitely would help if they changed the options around. The staff also seemed very bothered any time you’d ask them for something that was empty at breakfast (chocolate milk or cereal were empty) and when asked for more for the kids they gave snarky attitude and proceeded to say no like they did actually have, just didn’t want to put it out cause it was close to breakfast time being done. The pool is very small, looks bigger in pictures. The hot tub water looked dirty and the jets are broken so it was a disappointment. They also have no washroom or a shower by the pool. So if you need to go to the washroom prepare to leave the pool dripping wet and having to go all the way to your room and come back just to use the bathroom. So overall, it wasn’t the worst but definitely didn’t live up to the standards of what we were expecting for the price.

Clean, decent hotel with great staff. One side of the property is WSU Spokane and other university areas which were fine. Other side was not comfortable to walk around in at night even though it was within walking distance of several decent restaurants. Not unsafe but not completely comfortable
