ハンプトン イン スポケーン(Hampton Inn Spokane)

First five minutes in our room the panel falls off the outlets under the night stand and wires hanging down unsafely and second we set our bag on one of the bed corners and the frame broke and the bed fell to the floor. The breakfast , well the bananas were soft and charcoal black when I brought it to the attendant’s attention he offered to bring more out, that were black as well… there were a giant group of kids (10) jumping and running around the pool and splashing water to the hot tub and getting our things and others wet when I asked for some help redirecting it they said they would and no one came in… and we asked for some shower towels before we left to shower from the pool and she asked why and when are we out.. so overall management and the capability to read a room would’ve helped.

What a great discovery! Easily accessible, great parking, comfortable space. The dinner/service was fantastic-friendly AND delicious! Pet friendly! I’ll be back!

The only reason I did not give an "excellent" rating is because the lady (Alicia) trying to coordinate my shuttle ride from the airport to the hotel was not properly trained and so she did not give clear instructions as to where we were supposed to await the shuttle. She called me several times in attempt to coordinate and I could hear the frustration in her voice, and she also hung up on me abruptly more than once (I assume to call the shuttle driver). And so there was a huge delay in our getting transported to the hotel. Once we arrived at the hotel she did not offer an apology, she didn't even greet us with a smile. I was very tempted to confront her, but decided not to because it was Christmas Eve. I did discuss this with another employee Shelby, mostly so that they could give Alicia proper training so that it doesn't happen to another customer. I chose the Hampton Inn over other hotels because of the positive reviews regarding their airport shuttle service. So they should really get that part right. Shelby was very professional and helpful. I really appreciated how she handled my issue, and also the manner in which she did so. Very professional.

Shuttle driver was very friendly as were the receptionists. A convenient place to stay if you plan to fly out of GEG.

Very nice room. Good breakfast. Parking and transportation to and from airport was super convenient.

The only bad thing was when a lady guest in the room next door started singing loudly at 2 am. It was so loud she woke us up out of a deep sleep. We called the desk and they did try to call her room and knock on the door. But the lady would not respond to anything, just kept singing. We feel the hotel should have done something to remove her.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here. I love this hotel. As a woman who travels alone for work frequently, I value a hotel that makes me feel safe. All of the staff are courteous and friendly. They say good morning and hi each time you leave the hotel and arrive back, unless they are with a customer. It is clean, quiet, and just lovely. They also serve dinner each night which is appreciated as some one who does not know the area and does not want to have to drive and potentially end up in an area that is unsafe. The food was excellent.

It is so convenient to spend the night and have a free shuttle to the airport, and also not to worry about our car left in their parking lot and the shuttle returning us to the hotel and our car.

Friendly staff, provided information for further stays. Had a great room with comfortable beds. The best part was the pool for the kids and a good fitness center.
