ハンプトン イン & スイーツ グローブ シティ(Hampton Inn & Suites Grove City)

Well it was a very nice hotel. Clean and inviting. The front desk staff always said hello when I headed out to smoke. Also asked if we needed anything. My sister really loves hard boiled eggs and they were out very close the the end of breakfast service and they happily refilled them

Room was large and spotless. Pool lots of fun. Breakfast delicious. Staff excellent. We had a small plumbing problem on Saturday night and maintenance came and fixed it within 15 minutes of my call. Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful.

This Hampton is my only choice when visiting family in the Grove City area. Does show its age, but staff are awesome. I don’t know what is meant by “eco-friendliness” and since this survey wasn’t likely designed by someone with any knowledge or training in social science measurement there was no option for “don’t know” or “not applicable” so I provided a terrible rating suspecting that if it’s important enough to place on the questionnaire, it’s of high enough importance that this should have been made obvious to me while staying at the Hampton.

This is the nicest Hampton Inn we have visited. Lovely decorations for the Holidays, friendly staff, Well maintained, attractive. We travel a lot and this is first rate.

My family and I visited and stayed for 3 days/2 nights. Upon arriving the receptionist was very friendly - there was a mishap with my reservation and I was overcharged however that was fixed without an issue. Our room was very spacious and clean however after the first night housekeeping didn't come to our room so our beds were not made, no towels were provided nor was there replenishment of any toiletries. I had to go to the front desk to get more towels. Our room was a ground floor room and there were no sheers on our windows which meant we couldn't leave the drapes open for sunlight (with a little privacy) otherwise people would be staring right into our room - we faced the parking lot. Along with that the blackout drapes did not draw closed all the way which left a gap. I was also surprised that there was no safe in the room to keep valuables. The shower was a little difficult to switch from the tap to the shower head - water was coming out of the spout as well as the shower head which affected the water pressure. We enjoyed the facilities and the swimming pool was nice however the jets in the hot tub were not working. We still used it but it would have been nice to have the jets on. Overall it was a good stay - the beds were comfortable, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was great. The breakfast staff were also very kind and offered to cut apples for my daughter which she loved.

We always pay for a jacuzzi suite. When we checked in we were told we had a complimentary upgrade to king Bec, jacuzzi and pull out couch room. We weren’t told why. So when we went to our room, it wasn’t an upgrade. When we went to use the jacuzzi, it didn’t work. So I guess that was the reason for the upgrade. I went down to get a piece of paper and pen and told the clerk what happened. He said he could send maintenance up. I said my husband is already in bed. The next morning at checkout the woman that checked us in was working and I told her the problem. She said well you had the complimentary upgrade. I said now we didn’t. All they said was, oh I am sorry. We are very disappointed that we were not compensated in some way.

Overall our stay was ok. Only complaints… had to wait 1 1/2 hrs after check-in time for our room to be ready. For breakfast…Most rolls, bagels etc. were stale…hard. Breakfast selection was adequate.

The staff was great and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Very good place to stay!
