Very clean with variety of breakfast buffet choices. Staff is also very polite and ready to accommodate guests. Nice and stylish reception area. Good security system at the gate with every vehicle checked before entering the premises.

Very good service. Excellent room with auto upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy member. It was a happy stay.

The location was kind of convenient but then again, to what? The service was friendly, proficient and professional. I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine. The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

Like most star hotels, this delivered in terms of a comfortable room and basic courteous service. But that was it. The breakfast spread that one would expect from a 5 star hotel was quite terrible, as was the general service and especially at the restaurant. The one good thing about the hotel is that one can privately watch a film in their amphitheatre.

The hotel is conveniently located from Srinagar Airport (about 40 mins) and also conveniently located to most sightseeing stops in & around the Dal Lake (Dal Lake is about a 10 - 15 min drive from the hotel). The hotel faces the main road, so you can expect slight traffic noise occassionally. What we liked about the hotel was a nice view of the snow capped mountains from our room, a very chic & modern lobby, reasonably good staff service. Breakfast service was nice (to get some decent dosas in the northern most part of India is always nice) and we liked their a-la-carte menu for a dinner we had. The hotel has central heating which worked very well and was very comfortable in the lobby areas and also our room. What was average was the quality of the room - the wood panels seemed old & tired; shower door was a bit creaky; no glass shelf in the shower area to keep your toiletries. Being a Four Points Sheraton brand and at the premium pricing, such small conveniences were expected. We had an unpleasant check out experience after our 3 night stay. After we finished check out & paid our bills, just as we were getting into our car, the front desk executive came running to us and said that we had consumed a cashew nut box from the mini bar which had to be paid for. So we went back in the hotel lobby and explained once again that we had not consumed anything from the mini bar. To their credit they quickly accepted our submission and apologised for the miscommunication at their end. Nevertheless it left a slight bitter taste to a stay which was overall very comfortable.

I will give this hotel an excellent rating.the restaurant staff were the best I have seen in all my travels.They were caring,always went the extra mile.Perfect hosts at dinner buffet.I can't single out any.all were outstanding.will certainly recommend to any traveller

The experience was fabulous. The staff is extremely courteous, and it is what it makes the experience even much enhancing. Sajad Nasir and Fayaz are the working interns but have great hospitality skills. Serving everything with a smile, taking care of guests need and prompting to provide service before you may even ask for it is something Sajad and Fayaz delivered in particular. Supremely happy with the services offered and glad that Sajad Nasir Fayaz were there to take care of my stay. Thank you to everyone. Hotel infrastructure is nice and location is very close to Dalgate. Recommended to everyone planning a visit to Srinagar.
