We stayed at the Biarritz for 2 nights and what a lovely stay we had. The hotel was in an excellent location with beautiful views, staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good from cereals to an English fry up. We will definitely be returning x

Great location with balcony views over St Brelades beach. The staff, especially Anar, Nino and Latifa, were excellent. The breakfast and evening meal were good too. A 5 minute walk to the beach and only 15 minutes to the airport. The hotel seems recently refurbished and the large veranda outside the restaurant gets the sun in late afternoon..

We enjoyed a superb 2 night stay, with great breakfasts on each morning. On arrival we had a wonderful, and reasonably priced, lunch on the terrace which must have the best view of St Brelade's Bay. All the staff are lovely and very attentive. Special shout out to Anar on reception & Brennan in the restaurant. Spotlessly clean. Good parking.

It was our first time visiting Jersey and it's safe to say it won't be our last! We stayed in room 126, lovely size for the 2 of us and the views from the sun terrace did not disappoint! It really is the best view in the bay. The staff were incredible, a special shout out to Brennan who made our first night a joyous one and made us feel welcome straight away. All staff are friendly & professional, just the right balance and always happy to help, nothing is ever too much for them! All the staff were incredible but unfortunately I did not get all of their names. Breakfast was gorgeous, offering both continental & cooked English breakfast, lunch menu was superb but the highlight of the food for us was the seabass, truly stunning! We opted for afternoon tea on the Sunday with the gorgeous view of the beach on the terrace and that was well worth the money! Everything was reasonably priced & very well presented. All in all, a truly amazing experience at the hotel and I cannot wait to return. Thank you for making our stay a relaxing & joyous one!

The Biarritz Hotel in St Brelades is a hidden gem on the Jersey coast, offering a prime location just a short walk from the beach. Despite its three-star rating, the service at Biarritz felt more like that of a 4 0r 5 star rating with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Sheila, our waitress during dinner, was a standout, providing attentive service with a smile. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the island. One small issue with one room was promptly addressed by the manager, showcasing the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. For anyone planning a visit to Jersey, I highly recommend the Biarritz Hotel.

Stayed at the Biarritz for two nights this week on business, dubious staying in new hotels I try not to expect the world, but I was very surprised. Unfortunately I had an issue with my shower and not being a massive complainer I went to reception to explain my situation. The staff could't have been any more helpful, I was offered to shower in the neighbouring room however, had the same issue, I was finally moved to a third room and continued with my stay. A warm welcoming smile from all the staff in reception, the bar and the restaurant every time you enter, makes a stay so much more enjoyable. Slept very well in my Seaview room, which was well equipped and spacious. Food was amazing, ate in the bar for both nights of my stay. Would like to thank all the staff for making my stay so rememberable and will definitely be back.

What an amazing stay the hotel is in an awesome location our room had a brilliant view right across the bay. All the staff were so friendly and attentive nothing was any trouble . Food was amazing and well presented and the room and hotel so clean and tidy . We would definitely stay here again .

Such a lovely hotel, staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming, special shoutout to Anar for being fantastic! The cleanliness of the hotel was great, breakfasts were lovely, the bar in an evening is perfect. The bay views too, WOW! Cannot recommend this place enough to all ages. Thanks for an excellent stay
